Modern .clean .no interference from manager .no bloody bingo or dancing its a good thing though.among old ladies .community can use the piano provided. Outside is a relaxed green walking no danger .OAPs should clean and vacuum if dirty .too many arrogance from some narrow minded .prefer to floor overlooking the green belt area .

Posh retirement place where grannies posh themselves up.

Look good but in reality the flats are like being in a oven in the summer even with the patio door wide open, which if heated in the sun expands so you can’t close it on.
The kitchen is on the inside of the building and the parking is really poor, for what your paying I’d avoid like the plague, especially the apartments. I can’t comment on the houses.

Not a nice place to live, you pay over £800 a month rent this includes service charges ie manager cleaners etc, and there is never a manager there, the place is dirty,the council tax on a two bed is an E band so over a thousand pound a month b4 any utility’s, you have no choice on gas provider BPHA has chosen them, and no choice on broadband provider, lots of people living there with mental health and no support from BPHA, shame on them!! Stay clear at all cost and star rating zero

If I could put negative stars I would. Services charged for and not provided since August 2020, customer service is nonexistent, Switch2 were brought in to read meters remotely, bills vary from £1 to £168, meters register usage without anything being used then the daily standing charge is approximately 53p a day, split in two parts, one part for the heat exchanger and Switch2 to read them, second part to cover losses. Solar panels aren't taken into account, where has that energy gone? The value of shared ownership properties have plummeted, the council tax is insanely high, the place is filthy, violence goes on in front of bpha staff and when you do finally get to leave, they delay the NTQ form so they gain a week, then when they get the keys back they add another week, all because there's no manager to give the keys to. Three flats are currently unoccupied and one of them is becoming a health hazard. Leaks all over the place, terrible maintenance, a fire in the roof fortunately didn't harm anyone but did damage the roof, it was inspected and nothing done, 2.5 weeks later the clouds burst causing a lot of water damage, nothing had been covered, it was only then that the insurance was informed, so obviously any damage after the fire isn't covered, that will be a lovely big bill for the owners, probably bankrupt some. This is absolutely honest and accurate.
