Hallmark Arlington Manor Luxury Care Home

I have been visiting Arlington Manor for the last couple of years and am always happy to be there. The staff are very caring and helpful. The surroundings are clean and well kept. They offer a wide range of activities for the residents no matter what their needs or abilities.

Clean, modern, beautiful care home. The gardens are so lovely and well maintained and the mini golf is a great fun addition. I would definitely recommend to others.

My mother, who has advanced dementia, moved into Arlington Manor four months ago. The physical surroundings are clean, bright and airy. Staff in all roles contribute to a safe and friendly environment where my mother feels secure and wanted. She enjoys a range of the activities and, with the support of staff, still have some fun. The dementia care team are well trained and deal with the complex nature of the condition in compassionate and caring way with subtle attention to detail. I visit regularly am feel supported and cared for myself. A wonderful place.

Arlington Manor Care Home built in 2018. Top quality care home with well trained staff. All comforts provided with high end furnishing and decor. Outside gardens very pleasant with good seating areas, providing activities for residents to do. Activities room, cafe and kitchens providing bespoke meals for those requiring special diets. This is a place you would want to consider for first class care and a reputation for excellence

A wonderful airy place for the elderly. All the staff are very caring and knowledgeable. You couldn't ask for a better place.

My father spent the last 2 1/2 months of his life here. Woefully understaffed, poorly managed, cleaning standards inadequate, personal care inadequate. It may appear glossy on the outside, but this is not a place where you should leave any vulnerable relative. The most important thing is not cocktail afternoons and weekly manicures but high quality care and an environment where you feel your relative is cared for safely and with dignity and compassion. Arlington Manor does not provide that.
