We got a mattress from here and one of the reasons why we decided to buy it from here is because the young guy working there did a very good job by presenting professionally the mattresses we were looking for and gave us private time to decide about it. I would recommend the shop. Now they also have a lot of offers. ❤

Excellent service. Made the buying of a new bed a great experience. Staff very attentive without being "pushy". The young lady, Karolina, who assisted me, couldn't have been kinder or more helpful ( I have mobility issues) nothing was too much trouble for her & I felt she answered my many questions with experienced knowledge. Not my first time buying from Dreams, but it is certainly my "go to" store. Why go anywhere else ?

A choice of hot and cold drinks were offered whilst taking order, a lovely gesture and very welcomed. Very friendly staff, acknowledged we were looking around, Leanne was very informative and helpful. Definitely will go again and recommend to my friends.

Excellent customer care by James!!
I initially intended to purchase a suitable divan ottoman for a sleepeezee mattress (which i was planning to buy). I was cordially greeted by James, who assisted me in selecting an appropriate option. However, I was very impressed with the TV in bed selection - on which James was thoroughly knowledgeable 🙂. He was very patient while I decided on fabric options and answered all of my questions about the warranties. Thankfully I was guided by James - as it is probably not very well known that Sleepeezee only guarantees the mattress for 10 yrs if you use their divans - apart from which you're only protected for 1 year😱.
James guided me through the mattress types - I decided on the Sealy posturepaedic which I ended up purchasing from Dreams - as Sealy offers a warranty for 7 yrs on mattresses regardless of the type of divan used - very helpful information from James who has inspired great confidence in Dreams service.
While I await delivery of my purchases - 5th July I only anticipate continued professionalism and great customer service!

Brilliant, the bed scanner to find your best mattress was ace. Had a choice of three, all at different quantities and prices. My favourite was the middle choice. Very helpful young lady and a coffee thrown in as well. Buying it was painless, deposit paid then nine months the rest before any interest charged.
Pillows, duvets, and other related products available. Happy customer.

Very good attentive staff but let me look around for what I needed.

My partner and I entered the store and we were immediately greeted by attentive staff.
We looked around for about 15 minutes to look at the display stock, and were very impressed with the quality and variety.
We were shown to the dreams machine in which can detect the best mattress, a three or so minute experience, with swift results.
We based our search for a mattress on the outcome, and wouldn't have seen the one we chose had it not have suggested it.
As soon as we had made out decision on the bed frame and mattress, the staff member who initially helped us from the beginning immediately came to complete the transaction, confirming all the details clearly.
Very good experience and will certainly return for further bed-related requirements.

The staff is very helpful. Today I have been served by Karl and I have been offered a choice of hot drinks whilst he processed our order.

Was very impressed with staff and distancing measures. Was given a pillow with disposable pillow case to use as browsing beds. Used sleep match machine which helped us identify what type of bed to purchase.

Excellent service from Karl who was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient! The staff were very Covid 19 cleaning aware and socially distancing.
Can't fault them in anyway.

Very helpful staff, showed us how to use the machine to find our perfect bed. Other staff kept the kids occupied with colouring and drawing.
