Iceland Supermarket Burnley

I had a 10% off voucher for January so went in the big Iceland by Sainsbury's and JD SPORTS The staff were really helpful and friendly Got a big leg of lamb for £20 and a 30 box of cod fish fingers for £6 the coating on them is crunchier than Birds Eye and makes them tastier I think anyway. I would certainly go back to that branch it was well worth it and the staff made it a pleasant visit

Great store that offers really good customer service ! Staff are always nice and friendly. Found what I needed and didn't mind waiting in a small cue that was quickly dealt with.

I went to Iceland with my mum yesterday and they have a sale buy 8 for £10 they are branded names i got fish chicken different kind,waffles and abc, shapes there is also plenty to choose from so good shop for us and the staff were lovely to.

Lovely staff at this store, particularly a young man who serves on the checkout. Who's dog has had puppy's.(sorry, I don't know your name). Great customer service as always ! Nothing is ever a hassle. Very friendly.

Good, clean shop. Well stocked and friendly staff. Only critic is they have stopped doing a delivery service. This was always a plus for me.

I do like a trip to Iceland, and at this one you can park right outside so it couldn't be more convenient. I like the chicken products and pizzas, although you do end up with the off randomly items like the 'Mrs Brown's Kitchen' Fajita Crowns- what's that about? But friendly staff and it's always well arranged on there.

Brilliant frozen food shop with the best deals around. Has everything you need to stock up your freezer and more. Great prices and plenty of deals for the whole family. Easy to get to and parking right outside the shop. Good disabled access too.

Great service from a handsome (I think he was, under his mask) young manager... I didn't find what I was looking for, but as I tried leaving empty handed, he asked if he could help.. I highlighted I hadn't found what I was looking for and is if by magic, an Xmas delivery has just arrived and he located what I was looking for... Brilliant service.. Minnie gripe in socially distant times... The baskets and floor displays in aisle 1 really block a safe and socially distant passage, especially when other customers stop to look in the freezers.. Maybe whilst social distancing is in place, those displays need moving?
