Mercy in Action Boutique Charity Shop

I recently lost touch with a friend who had moved from Cardiff to be near her son. I had her address but no telephone number and had written to her but with no reply. I was very worried but found the telephone number of your shop in Eynsham and phoned them to see if they could help. I later had a phone-call back from Julie to say the someone had visited the address and spoken to my friend to see if everything was alright, which it was.
I would just like to thank the staff for going ""beyond the call of duty". Fantastic customer service.

Lots of good bargains and they let you bring dogs in and have a stock of treats 🥰
