Called into the store on Tuesday 3rd Jan 2017 re a problem with my iPhone. The staff member was extremely polite and courteous. He sorted the problem very quickly and even put my phone on charge whilst I continued shopping. Thank you very much. A very satisfied customer :-)

Needed a new phone as mine had cracked. Rob who works at the Skipton branch was absolutely brilliant with me and my Dad. I walked out with a beautiful new Galaxy S10 5g and my dad a new iPad! We will be going back to get my dad a new phone next month and we will want to see Rob again.

Absolutely fantastic... Can't stress enough how fantastic the team at Skipton is .... After very poor service from both Keighley and Leeds previous... Joanne and Aggie especially explaining everything clearly and getting us the best deal possible as a result we signed 6 new contracts with new handsets and tablets

One of the best ee shops I've used. Staff are well informed, helpful & efficient. Went in for a payg sim thinking it was best option. Put me on a rolling monthly contract, got more data for less money. We done lads 10 out a 10
