Holland & Barrett - Skipton

I was pleasantly surprised how well informed and knowledgeable the assistant was on my visit 12 09 2023. Alot of shops now say read the label or if its not on shelf we haven't got it. But this guy really knew his products.

Called in to Skipton branch today. Served by a very pleasant girl who greeted us on entry. Although she said she was new, she was very helpful and knowledgable about the products we asked her about. Excellent customer service

Regular customer here for over four years since it opened, staff helpful and knowledgeable, store well stocked. As someone who has a reasonable amount of knowledge about natural health products I would recommend many of their products without hesitation.

Bargains on health stuff, friendly staff

I decided to go into the Holland and Barrett store in Skipton to see if they had what I was looking for.
On entering a really friendly lady approached us and told us to come in.
She asked if we needed any help and I asked where to find the krill oil which she walked us over to but pointed out a different product which is supposed to be better.
Lovely lady but a little in your face and not really giving you chance to think .
At the till your then wafted a box of mince pies to buy , only a pound but still you feel obliged.

Nice friendly service but abit over powering. Sadly the mince pies were very tasteless 🤣
