Not very busy. Called in for ice creams for work. Amazingly covered 150+ ice creams or ice lollies for under £60. Amazing value! Great at the end of a scorching week!

Always shop here since cost of living, lovley produce, frozen, fresh, cheaper for us as family of three, used to shop at tesco, too pricey, try them and see you won't regret it trust.

Try their finest fish pies and king prawn curries, they reign supreme over m & s' versions, not sure about their other product but for these Icelandic you deserve a medal 🏅🏅🏅

We’ve always got a good deal from hear when we visit Norwich. We like our snacks and we like our bargains even more.

Always a cheap place to buy. Fresh bread is fantastic..great taste, great price, buy 2 loaves...it's cheaper and it freezes well. Fresh fruit, veg, meat just as good as supermarkets. My only gripe, no choice of rolls.

would like to personally thank Lewis he was very polite and the home delivery was packed perfectly he also went above and beyond to make sure i got my delivery correct and undamaged, he took great care in everything he did. Will be using the service again and 100% recommend it!

City store so can get very busy then quarter of an hour later hardy anyone in there.
Parking is expensive at the car park above the store a lift directly into the store may help some people if accessibility is an issue.

I enjoy shopping here for certain things as is never too crowded.

I'm a regular visitor but mainly for my daughters Krave and huge bags of wotsits. Anything else I pick up is a bonus.

Iceland is really good. Variety of products and affordable too. It's all frozen but quality is amazing, I must say this.

Love Iceland! Always great value for money. This store in particular has most if not all the core frozen range, as well.as chilled, fresh and baked goods. Finally, household goods, canned items and condiments also available. Large store on St Stephens.

The staff were very helpful all though I was a bit disappointed with the range of desserts for Christmas everything else was ok I must say that the lady who served me was very happy and she was singing Christmas songs what a pleasure to have a jolly person well done. 😀

Has so much more than you think...even the fresh food is really good. The only place to get Slimming World ready meals!

Lovley place were you can grab a few items or do your weekly shop and if you spend over a certain amount they will delivery free to your door. The staff are friendly and helpful
