Excellent service, came into the store to renew my phone contract, had previously been told in the Swansea store that this was not possible to be done early, turned out it could be done its just a bit more difficult to do, the team in this store went above and beyond in helping me and getting me all upgraded! Walked out the store with a brand new phone ready to us!

This shop offered the best, most patient and knowledgeable service. The staff were friendly, relaxed and were able to explain in detail all aspects of the phone and the new sim card, sometimes more than once (!). I would certainly recommend this shop.

The staff are very kind and welcoming without being pushy. Their suggestions are great and show they listen. Store is easy to find near car parks and public toilets
