Had a problem with tablet not charging, and it was sorted, no problem. Staff are very friendly & knowledgeable, & give advice to rectify problems with computing & mobiles.
They sell refurbished items too. I give them 5*

Daughter bought a dvd too, the guy who served us was nice enough to explain some things for her.

We came in with several bags to trade in expecting to possibly be turned down. Even tgough it was nearing closing time, we were greeted with great service, with our server engaging in friendly conversation and joking around. Rather enjoyable for both parties 😄

10/10 to store manager Carl, give that guy a pay rise.
I recently had some of my stolen goods presented at his store and he acted totally professionally and diplomatically and retained my goods, contacted myself and liaised with 2 police forces to ensure my property was retained.

Jordans always helpful and happy to help every time I visit in store, had an issue with a ps2 controller which he was more then happy to help me resolve the issue and even gave my son some cex stickers which are now on his school bag, 10/10 customer service
