We drive out of our way to visit this store. We love the layout and they hold a lot of produce which is unavailable in some of our more local stores. The car park is big and easy to manoeuvre and the tills are well manned.

At the cafe. Amazing professional service from Sinead at the cafe during busy busy lunchtime. She is extremely kind and patient especially with older and slower customers with disabilities. She is a credit to Asda. Top marks. She deserves a raise £££. 😍

Regular shopper here.
Nothing really to love, or hate, but in someways isn't that what one wants.
I never struggle to find what I need, or a good alternative, so no complaints there.
Fresh produce always seems of acceptable quality. The hardware and clothing available is enough to cover last minute requirements for most.
No complaints.

The assistant on the bread aisle stopped filling the shelves and went to find cheesy baps that had just been delivered. Yes, it could be said it's her job, but she did it with a smile! Thank you!

A typical food and home essential store light bright airey well staffed who are a credit to the company-- it sells cheap fuel and has plenty of car parking at ground level with an underground carpark --there is disability parking places yes a typical Asda --it opens early and closes very late in the evening

Today was good and managed to pick up some reduced produce including 10p bread and 50p salad boxes! The milk is a whopping 1.90 though so I go elsewhere for the milk but overall Asda is a convenient shopping option for middle of the range food and products.

Ive always had a good experience in this store. Its always stocked although its a pain when they move stock about after we have got used to where its positioned, i guess thats business progression though.

Just visited this Barnes Hill store and couldn't be happier. I had purchased previously an Asda double toner for my printer but even tho the number was listed on the packaging they would not fit my printer Louise was so helpful on the customer service desk and even tho I had mislaid my Asda receipt I was given a credit note to use on my next visit. Thank you Louise excellent customrr service with a smile.
