I have start running this year for first time ever. I bought some running shoes at another shop and… something didn’t felt right.

I came to the Runners Hub and now I finally understand how running trainers should feel like.

They took their time, they did me a gait analysis (for free) and they let my proper try at least 4 pairs of trainers till we found the chosen ones. Always friendly, always open to answer questions.

I can’t recommend them enough ❤

I needed to change my running shoes and someone in my running club recommended The Runners Hub. The service well exceeded my expectations. I was given a gait analysis and was provided a range of shoes to try. Karen was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable and took time to explain the reason for the selection of each shoe. Superb service.

I have been out for a run twice since buying the shoes recommended to me and WOW what a difference.

I would highly recommend the running course that Nigel puts on. For anyone who wants to improve their technique, fitness and speed then go for it, i really enjoyed the course and have definitely seen the benefits. There is also a great range of gear in the shop

Called in this morning after a quick google search which only gave fantastic reviews. I explained to the lady in the shop (I didn’t catch her name) that I was returning to running after about a 10 year break and noticed my old faithful, not so friendly shin splints were present during my runs. She quickly identified the shoes I was running in were incorrectly sized and suggested a quick Gait Analysis to get me into a more suitable pair. Plenty of choice available and I was able to try 4/5 pairs on and take them for a quick spin on their treadmill. I left with a pair of Truemotion Nevos 3 which I’m really happy with! I would definitely recommend!!!!

Good questions about what I was after, what my running habits and goals are, a proper check on my running gait and a selection of shoes for me to try with advice on how to pick the best ones for me.

They have a new raving fan and long term customer even though they are 20 miles from my home.

Cannot rate this place enough. The lady (unfortunately didn’t get her name) was lovely and very professional with expert knowledge. She really took her time to get the right shoes for both me and my wife! Very fair pricing as well! Highly recommend! Would give give six stars if I could!

Superb, Andy and Karen spent time to ensure myself and my son had a 5* treatment. Gait analysis, very professional and we had a wide selection of shoes to try on. Back on the treadmill to make sure they felt right. Absolutely delighted and you can tell both of them really cared about both of us getting the right shoes. We will return and recommended! Thanks

Highly recommended for any runners out there. Clearly experts in their field. I've always just picked trainers myself for running and after one visit here, I've realised that was a mistake.
After inspecting my current shoes, I underwent a full gait analysis and then was given a selection of shoes to try on.
Must admit, it was a hard choice as all of them felt pretty perfect though in the end one was more perfect than the others.
Can't wait for my next run!

Excellent service with friendly staff and great advice. Nigel in particular spent a lot of time with me doing gait analysis and discussing the foot pain I had been getting. I was sorted with some fantastic shoes which resolved the problem. A subsequent manufacturer issue which showed itself 6 months down the line was resolved quickly and very satisfactorily. I can not recommend them highly enough!

Hadn't made an appointment but I was dealt with promptly. They had me on the treadmill to check how I run and I was advised around the best shoe. Competitive pricing too. I will definitely be returning.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Both staff members present looked at the gait analysis and discussed the best shoes for me. Very patient & I didn't feel at all out of place (I am an older, chunkier beginner, with many old injuries! & often feel embarrassed the big stores) Took the shoes for a test run this morning - very pleased :) Thank you

Called in on spec for advice for running trainers, incredibly helpful staff, very knowledgeable, but didn't make me feel stupid in any way - I'm a very basic runner - did gait analysis and advised on suitable trainers bringing out at least 6 pairs to try - very patient whilst I tried them all on. Would highly recommend them.

A lady served me, she spent time watching my gait, both walking and running on a treadmill in a pair of tester trainers and then selected a huge range of trainers for me to try, specific for my personal gait. She stayed with me throughout me trying the various trainers, discussing how and why I might be feeling different sensations in the different pairs. I had 3 kids and the hubbie with me and, even though a small shop, not made to feel like they were in the way. I received excellent service but no pressure to buy. I was more than happy with the pair I brought home and feel happy that if I had any problems that I'd be able to go back. Really lovely service, throughly happy 😊😊😊

Thanks to the guys from runners hub for helping me with chosing the right running shoes. Don't do what I did for years and Google it, these guys are very knowledgeable and have loads of different trainers to try out before you decide. Always nice to shop local also.
