Hazel from boots in llanishen was amazing today helping me out to obtain a prescription for my son. She co tasted another boots store on my behalf and ensured the prescription will be waiting for me tomorrow. Excellent Customer Service. Welldone .

I had to buy three advent calendars from 'Soap Glory' and I’ve got a massive discount! Was 3 for 2 and triple point on my boots card. This specific shopping I have found a lot of help from the staff and the shop full with good quality merchandise. The calendars are expensive per unit but it’s what I wanted for the special ladies in my life so no complaints.

Can’t comment on the pharmacy but the shop staff are very helpful and polite. When there has been an issue it has dealt with well. Would recommend. Thank you for your hard work 😊

Their usual very wide range of products, however, I wasn't happy to find all the tills were self scanning - although assistance was available and used.

Great value and excellent Christmas gifts, but the only thing I did not like at all was that there were only self-service machines I got into a right mess I had to return an item a couple of minutes later and gress what happened I received a lovely welcome by a lovely lady who exchanged my item noe see the self-service machines can not refund you only take your money and mess your whole day bring back people who works the till not just self-service machines not everyone likes them and I like to say hi to the staff not a machine

Went to Boots Llanishen yesterday noticed they had headphones.Wasn't sure which might be compatible with my laptop. Great support from 2 members of staff one from the pharmacy desk and another colleague. Thank you both my purchase was a good choice thanks to your interest and support.

Popped in as they had their points event. £10 in points for every £50 spent. Went early on Saturday morning as later on the car park can be hard to get out of at busy times. Got some great bargains. Lots of offers.

Called in to check out some new aftershaves, the guy there (I think his name was Chris) was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, his product knowledge was terrific. Highly recommend, an asset to Boots.

Went yesterday to get make up, the lady at the make up department was super nice and gave me a wonderful customer service! I got what I was looking for quick and feel really happy!

Had problem with online order that was meant to be delivered in store had gone past delivery date. Lady in store was very helpful and called them to find out what was happening and resloved the issue by getting it reordered for me and keeping me up to date on the collection.
