Really friendly staff!

It was a pleasant experience. Small and convenient store with many options. Sandwiches are fully stocked so that’s a positive.. especially if you need something on the go. I went to M&S inside the station.. and their sandwich shelves was nearly empty.

Security guard kept following me and my mum around. Only 3 self service tills.

Small sainsbury located at one of the entrances of Coventry train station, it is a small sainsbury but has the regaulr snacks you would expect. Pictures of the Isles so you can see what they have available. Has a fresh juice maker in there which was nice to see.

The shelf’s are always empty as there are no enough staff around!!
Is ok if you using the self checkout but if you need something in the counter or buying alcohol you need to wait at least 10 minutes for someone to serve you.

Not much stock. Some staff are really helpful others are really rude - not much in between.

Pastries are severely underbaked: limp and floppy instead of dark and crispy. The Costa machine does not do coffee justice. You're better off going to M&S across the way, it's far more satisfying.
