Rosemary

This is an absolute gem. I have visited twice this month while on holiday and on both occasions I have been delighted with the range of beautiful clothes and the knowledgeable assistance from Rosemary herself. She knows her stock so well and can assess what would suit you. So often I have dismissed offers of help in a dress shop but I have valued the suggestions here and came out with some beautiful outfits. I look forward to our holiday time near Abergavenny next year and the chance to visit Rosemary's again. It's so good I might almost consider a day trip from our home in South Devon!

Had a lot of trouble getting my old mum something to wear for my wedding. Came across this shop and got mum sorted. Really nice lady working there who was so very helpfull. Thank you so much. Can only give no less than 5 stars to this business.

Had a wonderful day shopping at Rosemary's on the 7th July with some girlfriends, three of us from Australia!
We were treated to some wine in the garden whilst one of the girls tried on dresses and picked up this awesome number! Highly recommend visiting this store when in Abergavenny!

Always a pleasure to explore the lovely ranges in Rosemary's. I never come away empty handed, so many different things to chose from. Worth the drive to get to. Rosemary knows her customers needs very well.

So sad today following my experience at Rosemary. Have bought lots of things in the shop before but I recommend you don’t go in there if there is a man serving. He is incredibly rude. I wanted to buy a necklace. Firstly, he very condescendingly said is that all, then said I could not pay by card as it was sale time and under £50. When I informed him the item was not in the sale and I did not have the amount in cash he told me to go over the road to the hole in the wall and stated that it was worth more to him to keep the necklace. He then walked away from the counter, dismissing me as a customer. The way he spoke to me was so rude. It seems so petty writing it out but it left me feeling quite upset, to the extent that I met a friend in the street shortly afterwards and she asked me what was wrong. I like to support local businesses but in this case I have now bought the necklace I wanted on line for half the price. I certainly won’t be returning to Rosemary for sometime if ever!!

Extremely rude man came to the door as we were entering and said, 'We've shut. Been here since 5.30 am sorting out the sale and we've had enough!' Won't be returning. Get yourself another shop assistant Rosemary!! '
