Today I needed help last minute shopping for my best friends wedding tomorrow. I was in a bit of a panic and it was a crazy day it being Black Friday. However, two women working in the Hugo Boss by Cambridge market saved the day !!! Honestly can’t thank them enough. Helped me so much, were so kind and helpful. Wish them a very merry Christmas. Me and my brv had a look earlier today. Didn't have no problems in the shop got looked after nice staff, got measured up for a suite witch will be with me in next 2 days lovely I can't moan I'm more then happy

We were served by a gentleman from Italy. Really impressed with his professionalism, he went above and beyond in his service. Will definitely visit this store again.

Just wanted to say thank you to Matt for his fantastic customer service and knowledge when buying a new suit for our wedding. The whole experience was perfect and exactly how buying a suit should be, no pressure into buying anything just genuine advice and friendly chat also. Really nice guy and we were very pleased to walk away with exactly what I was looking for in my wedding suit. Thanks Matt!

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful! Alex has spent over 1 hour with me helping to find shoes, shirt and tie to match my suit. He also called me several times on the phone to let me know progress on my order. Got all I needed for tax refund. So great to have people that really seem to care about you and enjoy having you as customer!

Popped in for a hat, very friendly and helpful staff as in all Boss shops. I should know as I have been in four of them over the last four weeks. Thank you Boss.

Couldn’t ask for any else amazing service from start to finish the manager of the Cambridge store was so helpful and liked the challenge not only was he helpful but just a joy to talk to with knowledge from one retailer to another while I was waiting in the store
when I went back to collect the good he also went above and beyond and carried the goods to the vehicle that was waiting for me as I have a broke leg and was struggling to carry the shopping
This will be a forever store to visit and he is a great asset to the business and that shop

A very nice experience when first entering the shop! with me being the age that I am. a lot of staff (in a lot of other shops) normally "ignore my existence in a sense" but when going to the till to ask some questions about a suit. I was approached by a man called Charlie, that took me very seriously, he was straight to business describing how fast he could make a bespoke suit tailored to me, and what kind of cost it would be. He was really taking my budget into account. not just offering me the most expensive suit, but showing me a lot of different styles / fits that would complement my shape and skin tone. The experience all together was very pleasant and I would recommend going there! ( I did not end up purchasing a suit but will definitely be going back to).

Amazing service from all staff members but Especially from Matt who gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received top bloke the stores also was in amazing condition smelt top class and was my greatest experience ever in a clothing shop by far Youll see me soon
