Had a replacement battery installed in a MacBook Air. Even if you're local to Eynsham, I'd recommend phoning first as they needed me to tell them the serial number before they could order the part. This means you might need to wait a few days before they can book you in to have it installed, but you can hang on to your laptop until then. Took it in at 11am on the day it was booked in and it was all done in around 45 minutes. Good service!

Been using OMS for several years. They’re quick, reliable and offer a truly comprehensive service for mac users like us. They speak English and nicely bridge the gap between Mac OS/iPad OS/iOS and the necessity of using Microsoft and other non-Apple apps. Highly recommended.

Absolutely superb service, having had this company recommended to us, we contacted them with a view to updating our PC. Antony Smith guided us through the whole process and made it absolutely seamless.

I’ve been working with OMS for almost 15 years from outside the U.K. and trust them totally. They have proved to be a real lifeline on many occasions - always ready to find time to sort me out. Just had 2 particularly good sessions with Antony over the past week. Will be buying a new Mac and a couple of iPads through OMS in the autumn when I’m back in the U.K. for a visit.

Oxford Macintosh [OMSUK] services have been invaluable to helping me with computer glitches while working at home. Everyone is helpful and friendly, and their expert diagnostics team members have helped me out of all sorts of crises, explaining as they go, in words anyone can understand. This is rare in the computer world, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

OMS provided good speedy service, with excellent communication when I requested a storage upgrade on a 2015 MacBook Air. They are a decent local company providing honest work and repairs on Macintosh computers. Their expert knowledge on all things Mac is second to none.

Have used Oxford Macs (OMSUK) for years professionally (when they had the contract to service the macs at a newspaper group I edited) and personally. Very straightforward and easy to deal with. Clear communication and fast. Totally recommend. 10/10

I cannot say how satisfied I am with the service and understanding of the staff at OMS. They always manage to sort any issues even though My knowledge of computers and other digital equipment is very limited.

The best IT Consultants I have experienced in my 10 year career working with video and animation. They have managed to fix problems that I had given up on and didn't even ask to be fixed, whilst solving the issues I called them about. i can recommend them highly enough.

I always find Michael, Alex and their friendly team very responsive to my e-care requests from our two machines.. They are able to address and sort the problem within the working day and often within an hour or two. The e-care service is well worth the monthly investment - saving one or at least two journeys to a computer 'repair' shop, or hours trying to 'do it yourself'. It is also very reassuring to know if anything does go wrong they are there. They are experts and great to have on hand.

I always receive very prompt, friendly advice and highly knowledgable expertise from Martin at OMS UK and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

These people walk the talk...When I have an IT problem, I call the 'Solutions' team at Oxford Mac. They have always proven knowledgeable, prompt and extremely polite. It's particularly nice speaking with computer experts who are patient with less IT literate people like myself. I have continued to use them for over ten years and thoroughly recommend their service.

Some of the best customer service I have ever had! Took my Apple Macbook to them after it showed me the dreaded 'white screen of death'. Firstly, went to PC World where I bought it years ago for them to tell me it would cost me £360 to fix. Pretty fed up, I then drove past Oxford Mac Solutions and thought I'd try my luck at a second opinion. I walked in, explained and showed them the problem and within 15 minutes I was walking out with a fully working Macbook and advice about how to fix it myself if it were to happen again. PC World telling me to hand over £360 and all the amazing guy at Oxford Mac Solutions would take as payment was a bottle of water and a pack of ice lollies from the local Co-Op! Thank you SO much!!

Why didn't I go in sooner? My lovely laptop is now restored to its former glory. Its as good as new. One day out of action which I spect away from screens cutting the grass! Couldnt be happier...We are so lucky to have a Mac shop in Eynsham!
