I was recommended this flooring company by a friend who had used them several times and was very pleased with her flooring. I have recently moved into a new house and they carpeted the whole of the upstairs and laid Amtico flooring in bathrooms and on all downstairs floors. The service they provide is EXCELLENT ! Their shop has an extensive range of carpet and flooring samples, in all price ranges. They give very good advice on what flooring would suit you best, give prompt and friendly service and their flooring fitters are very good indeed. I would recommend them to anybody.

Great end-to-end experience from selection of materials to installation. I particularly appreciated how Mark communicated so well and was so skilled at working with our old Victorian floors. Wished I'd known about them sooner! Would work with them again for any future flooring needs. Fantastic to have a place like this in the area.

There is a large selection of good quality carpets. Ordering was easy and delivery exactly as promised. The fitters moved an old carpet as well as delivering the new one and were kind enough to add us as an extra job as we had a deadline. They saved us money by re-using the underlay.

Got in touch with Sawston Carpets after a recommendation, and couldn't rate them more highly. There was a bit of a gap between when the actual flooring materials came vs. when fitters were available (e.g. our carpets were apparently delivered but had to wait another 2 weeks for a fitter), but bar that everything was splendid. It's really transformed the look and feel of our house. John and Jackie were very helpful! The shop itself has a ton of options and you can borrow swatches to match wall colours etc.

I recently had my new retail unit floored throughout by Sawston carpets. The Quality of the carpet and customer service was second to none, not to mention the quality of the fitting. The fitter ( Russel I believe) was friendly, fast and efficient. It was a relatively large job, all completed in 2 days to a very high standard. I can’t recommend Jackie and her team highly enough.

Sawston Carpets and Flooring is the place to go. Can't praise the service and staff enough. So much more personal and reassuring compared to the "big" companies. Just had a beautiful new kitchen floor laid by them following on from some carpeting upstairs in the summer, they are a really good company, I highly recommend them.

I really can't praise SC&F enough . I first used them when we moved into our bungalow 15 years ago & have since recommended them to several customers ( I'm a decorator by trade ) Recently I had cause to use them again for both advice & a purchase & once again the service & knowledge was first class & Jackie the owner is a delight to deal with .

We got our attic conversion, a small bedroom and stairs carpeted as well as our hallway carpet refitted from where we had to lift it for pipework. Sawston Carpets were incredibly helpful in matching the new carpet to the old so much that it looks identical and it was all done within a day. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again

Such an efficient and helpful service from Sawston Carpet and Flooring Ltd. In the showroom Jackie expertly guided us quickly to the carpet we chose for 2 of our bedrooms. Very pleased with the communication about fitting and with the fitting itself. Most impressed when we realised the fitters had put carpet in a wardrobe too - we'd asked for the offcuts to do this job ourselves. Reliable, knowledgeable and friendly local company.

A good selection of carpets at competitive prices. We found the perfect colour carpet for our dining room which complemented a recently refurbished kitchen. The fitter arrived on time and was very efficient and quick. We are delighted with the finished result.

Amazing Service and couldn't recommend more highly.
My elderly mum was given 10 days notice to move into sheltered accommodation. In that time we had to pack, decorate her new home, including selecting, ordering and fitting new carpets throughout.
Sawston Carpets went above and beyond to work with her and around the decorating to ensure she was in and comfortable by her deadline. The caring nature and customer service they gave to my mum was pure professionalism at its best.
Would I recommend them, yes I surely would. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We would definitely recommend sawston carpet & flooring, we have used them many times fitting both carpet and flooring and they have been amazing. Jacki is great in the showroom she helped us narrow down the sort of flooring and carpet we were looking for and the fitters do an amazing job too. We will definitely continue using them.

Fantastic service, especially during lockdown. In line with the COVID special measures & hygiene. Booked a slot to visit the showroom (masks were worn by both parties). Given the best advice & recommendations. Nigel came out & measured all the rooms we wanted carpet in. Ordered the carpets. Booked a suitable date for fitting. The Carpet fitter Phil was lovely & friendly.
Overall, super happy with out carpets. We had our Living Room, Stairs & Landing, plus three bedrooms done. Really pleased with our carpets & highly recommended.

Good selection of carpets, we quickly found what we were looking for. Slight delay with fitting due to delivery problems. Fitter was extremely good and worked very quickly. Love end result, very pleased.
