Fantastic shop to buy that smart casual look. They have offers that make their prices even more enticing than the outlet prices.
The staff us always helpfull and friendly and a very clean and tidy shop.

Good store, made even better by the amazing customer service from Jodie, looks after customers so well and goes the extra mile.

A perfect example of excellent customer service, will always buy something when being looked after by Jodie.

5 star service and deserves a pay rise, very rare to get somebody this good in retail nowadays.

The best customer service ever, and all credit goes to Uju. We couldn't find the right size on the shopfloor, but she has found us the right size from their stock room, also for the item that they didn't have in stock, she contacted the other branch which is hundred miles away to deliver it to our address.

Popped into the Gant Outlet (Galleria Hatfield) today 30/12/2021. Winter Sale is on so it was busy. Plenty of choice, liked two picks but couldn't see exact size. Two members of staff, Ben and then Maria were FANTASTIC. Really helpful and Maria's patience in particular was exceptional. Made two purchases, a sleeveless jumper and a shirt - that otherwise would not have happened. Am delighted. Thank you guys and Gant.

The staff at this store are so helpful and friendly. Even during their busiest sales times from Black Friday to Christmas, they helped me on several occasions getting sizes and colours and recommending trousers and shirt styles. The quality of Gant is exceptional but these staff make shopping a complete pleasure. My husbands birthday, my nephews birthday and Christmas was made so easy with their help and everyone was very happy. The manager leads by example and is a professional helpful and honest guy. A huge thank you to you all. I am now one of your regular customers and love the experience. Thanks a million Sue Francis and a very happy new year too

I think this shop is amazing I'm on holiday from Czech Republic and found gant outlet really good prices and very helpful staff they help me and my mum for 1hour and bring us refreshments so kind and friendly best experience I had in shop dekuji 😉 Gant Hatfield I suggest you visit it's really good price and nicest place in galleria centre

Little Gant store with a big selection! Plenty of clothing options for both men and women. Prices are moderate to expensive depending on what you view. Staff is helpful and friendly too.
