A really nice experience.
My only disappointment was the digger experience. It’s one of the experiences that you have to pay extra for. But it involves some kind of electronic payment method, which I can’t do, so my poor grandson had to miss out.

12.50 per person (over three years old, plus there are family tickets) is an absolute steal for the amount of things you get to do at the farm, feed and cuddle with calves, chicks, chickens, ducks, pigs, baby goats and big goats. And that's just during Easter Time, there's special things like piglets at Halloween 🎃

We had a blast with two adults and two kids (11 and 6 years old), there are go karts for tiny kids all the way to adults and a really big playground with zip lines and trampolines for all ages as well.

There is also mini golf and small diggers that you can pay extra to play, they usually do tractor rides included in the ticket price but it was too wet to go out. We still had a fantastic time.

LONG REVIEW BUT USEFUL INFORMATION 😊
It was such a lovely day and so nostalgic for me, i hadn't been here for 25yrs, since I was a child and it was so nice to be able to relax, spending time with animals, taking part in bottle feeding, handling animals, and learning new things. The calfs were particularly funny as they were rather greedy slurping on their bottles.
We took our own drinks, but called in to the tea room for a snack, I had a sausage roll, my partner had a cheese & pickle roll, both of which were tasty, well made, and to be honest, of good quality too. The total we spent on food was £7.50 as we added pringles as well. Please see photos for food and cute animals.
We visited Monday, 24th June 2024, arrived at 10.30am, we booked online before hand (but we didnt really need to as there was no queue, but i would advise it in the holidays) we had no wait to get in, and it wasn't particularly busy, a couple of small school groups. Plenty of handwashing stations, animals looked clean and happy. After all, it's a farm, not a 5-star hotel, so you expect a bit of a mess, ie poop etc. All animals looked clean and well fed, I don't understand a lot of negative comments about this place. Would recommend to friends with young children. Staff kind, polite, and chatty.

We had a very nice day at the Longdown Activity farm

Feeding animals with bottles was definitely a highlight, make sure you check what time you can do that and head five minutes before to save you waiting for a long time

2nd time visiting Longdown, large variety of animals and a wealth of activities to do, such as feeding the goats and calf’s. From bulls, down to guinea pigs. For the size of the place, there’s plenty to do. Plenty of seating around the grounds, and plenty of seating in café.

Gift shop is a little mediocre selling generic items, but the farm shop is definitely a place to check out while here. Great fun for all ages and good to keep little ones entertained.

Going anywhere with an autistic child can be stressful but Longdown Farm is amazing with a variety of animals and activities to keep even adults entertained let alone the kids. Massive thank you to Steph who initially let us know there is a sensory / calm room after recognising our daughter is autistic then later helped calm our daughter down who had a meltdown in the shop, encouraging her to hunt for eggs and earn a sticker. Thank you Steph :)

First of all I'll get the basics out the way, this farm is wonderful, has everything you'd expect and is cheaper than alternatives such as Palmers over in Dorset. The kids loved it. And the price is very reasonable compared to other places and kids were free.

But one thing that really made it more than 5 star was the support received from the kind staff when we got our car stuck in the muddy car park.
They went ABOVE and beyond to help get us out.
They got the whole team over from the park and eventually we got free.

Ideally just don't park down that area like we did haha.
But thank you again to all the staff that helped us out, brilliant effort. Thank you so much!

My autistic son loves this farm. Being up close to the animals and being able to feed them. But most of all he loves the tractor 🚜

I had a lovely time with my daughter and wife. Got to feed baby goats which was a bonus..good way to spend a couple hours on a sunny day
The farm shop is also really nice. Spend a few pennies in there in some great artisan foods

An amazing day out with the family. Huge car park (be careful of the road to cross to the farm, the cars drive quick!) Staff to greet you are lovely and welcoming. The park is a fantastic size, not too big, and has plenty of amazing things to do. As a family of four, we all had our own favourite parts, including the tractor rides, the goat feeding, the animal encounter, and the trampolines. It was really great to see so many hand washing stations at great heights for children and warm water! The cafe was lovely and not bad prices really, again lovely staff in there too, very friendly. There are only two things I would say needed improvement, and that would be the fence along the play park could do with being more secure as it does lead into the field where the tractor rides take place and the trampolines in the park could do with some netting for the bottom of them to prevent children climbing underneath them and getting hurt. Otherwise, it's an amazing place to visit, and I would definitely go back to visit again.

Cracking little spot in the new forest. We wanted one last trip on the way home from our holiday on the coast to tire the little one out. There’s so much going on at this farm, far more actually engaging the kids with working the farm and the animals. Highlight was holding the chicks and feeding the lambs. Brilliant little gem.

My wife and I took our daughter and grandson to Longdown Activity Farm. It was a great day out. Our grandson loved the carts and tractors, but mostly liked the ride in the tractor trailer. He took a great interest in the calves, kids, baby guinea pigs and the piglets. In fact everything was wonderful there. We couldn't get him to bottle-feed the calves, but my wife and daughter enjoyed the experience.
There's so much more to do and see. It's well worth the visit and good value for money. I highly recommend a visit there.

We visited Longdown Activity Farm few times.

We fed small and adult sheep, lots of fun.
My son plays usually on pedal tractors. There is big playground with trampolines for all ages.
Also you can have a ride on the back of tractor across the bumpy field. Some cart cars driving for kids.
You can see various farm animals and also can buy a rabbit or a Guinea pig. There is small farm shop accessible where you can buy fresh eggs, apples etc… .
Fun place to visit with kids. It has also picnic area with tables and benches.

A lovely day out. Under 3's are free. The farm has a great family feel. All activities are inclusive, the only thing we paid extra for was the diggers but they took contactless. Coffee and snack shack at the play park. Tea room also but didn't visit. The children had a great day. We travelled from basingstoke and it was worth the trip.

We have season tickets and absolutely love Longdown! Staff are so friendly, so much to do and really reasonably priced! My little girl always asks to go to the farm.

Went to Londown on a school trip with year R children. The farm and staff were amazing, the animals were adorable and well behaved!! It was good fun feeding and petting the animals. The coffee was lovely and resonably priced too!

Good facilities, lots to do for children under 10. We went on a bank holiday weekend and still didn’t feel over crowded.
