Lovely wee cafe, staff are really nice. Breakfast was great but eggs were a bit over done, cant really fault them tbh cant wait to go back!

This is a wee hidden gem, as I expected it was really busy and the lady was kind enough to take my number and call me when a table was available. Great customer service ! The cakes are made fresh and they were delicious , great atmosphere. 🧁🍰xxx

My friend and I went here for brunch today and i cannot fault the place in anyway and I'm super fussy!
We ended up taking a box of freshly made cup cakes home too (We live overseas, and they traveled very well except for the ones i scoffed on route🤣)
Blown away with the quality of food, Service and range of creative cakes.
We will definitely be back!

Love it here! Kids always enjoy a visit too, the pancakes are delicious. Staff are always super friendly and food is great.

We were looking for somewhere different for some brunch and was not disappointed! I had raspberry white chocolate snowball pancakes and it was delicious, ordered 3 but 2 would have been enough the portions are huge! My partner had the full breakfast, which was a massive portion too. Lovely would recommend x

First visit was a few weeks ago for freshly made cakes. Today's visit was for breakfast & wasn't disappointed. Food, service & surroundings first class. Will most definitely be back & would recommend you also pay a visit this little gem.

Smashing wee place for some tasty home made baking. The cakes are delicious, the toasties are yummy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been many times and plan to go many more. The tea for two is a feast of scones, cakes and sandwiches which leave you wanting more, well, to take home for later 🍰
The toilets and tables are always clean and tidy. Make sure to try their milkshakes, not too thick and not thin. Over all I highly recommend this lovely wee place to anyone looking for a hidden gem.

The best afternoon tea I've ever had and I've had a lot! All freshly made sandwiches, wraps, rolls, scones and cakes. You get loads of food and they box up anything you can't finish. The staff are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to make your visit a great experience. We were there with elderly relatives and they were very helpful and caring. I highly recommend the Mad Batter.

We popped in here by chance, and the breakfast was outstanding, best breakfast we had had for ages! Tea was lovely and staff were amazing so polite and welcoming.

Can’t wait to go back and try some of the cakes next time!

As an Aussie its hard to find a decent coffee in the UK, but the coffee here is fantastic. Food was delicious and topped off with great friendly service. We had a solid set of choices in the menu and had a great affordable lunch here. The bathroom has a good quality change table and is child friendly :). Very impressed.

Went in today for carry out. I left mum in car. The amazing lady who served me said go back sit car with mum and she brought our lunch to us. Amazing service and wow best tuna sandwich I've ever had. Can't wait go back for more. Thank u so much

Nice and quiet, can get noisy but it’s not a lot of shouting, just talking noisy, high price but pretty good quality, some things being better price for money then others (Club sandwich was pretty good)

Exceptionally clean, food was lovely, staff were so friendly. Lovely cupcakes, milkshakes and slushes too
Disabled toilet with baby changing table AND nappies! Shame im 2 years too late for that part, was sometimes impossible to find somewhere with suitable baby changing facilities when I needed them.
I've been meaning to try this place for 4.5 years and it was worth the wait! Will be back for sure
