Above and beyond.I had a difficult nurse shift followed by a rush to get my daughter to an appointment. I needed to put fuel in my car before returning home.I had cash and intended to put in a tenner.My mind wandered.Horror when I realised I'd left bank cards at home and scrounging for change hadn't got the full amount.mortified,I spoke to an amazing lady who resolved the matter quickly and with empathy.Embarassed by the growing queue I left without getting her name.But amazing lady at Esso Felpham,YOU ROCK,THANK YOU!!!!

Might be useful for someone who’s had an item from Amazon supposedly delivered here at an Amazon Counter - there is no Amazon Counter here, so don’t make a wasted journey here coming to find one. It’s an error on Amazon’s side. Annoying but obviously not Esso’s fault. Apparently lots of people come here looking for the Amazon Counter!
