B&Q Bognor Regis

We'd had a issue with a Keter that had been delivered to my parents in July. We were visiting from Shropshire to put the thing together for them, but when we opened it the 'hardware' bits were missing. A telephone call had initially arranged a replacement, but this wasn't going to be delivered until Wednesday, we would be back at home and there was no way they would be able to put it together as it needed building in situ in a confined space.
So we rang the store again and were able to confirm that they had one in store and we could take the 'faulty' one back for a replacement. Once there we were helped initially by Ollie who sought out Rachel, one of the managers.
With the wonders of modern technology she could tell us she had 18 in store and off she toddled. Within 5 minutes she returned with a replacement having checked that the missing hardware was in the package! Not only that but she sorted out cancelling the collection/delivery.
Fantastic customer service and we were able to put it together, in the thunderstorm, so very happy parents too!

Popped in today to get some quick repair concrete, had no idea where to go and one of your employees took me straight to where it was, so a big thumbs up👍 to cam, he was friendly and polite and helpful 👍

What a lovely place staying on CAMC site for 2 days will definitely come back ,site clean and staff helpful toilets spotless, good access from site either walking or cycling, excellant dog walk from site Bognor clean and locals helpful as I put before will be coming back next year ajj

Bit more expensive than Screwfix but you can see and feel the stock before you buy so it makes picturing your project or seeing the quality of the product easier

67 paving slabs & 2 lovely workers helped me load into 2 cars + 1 car trip back for remainder slabs & 10 sharp sand large bags.

For a B&Q I actually enjoyed my shopping experience here. So used to the norm of shoreham store, but visiting here was pleasantly surprised at the size of the store and the fact there were things I needed on reduced to clear lines so didn't mind bagging a bargain to finish off my home...

Brilliant staff member - a supervisor or manager I believe - helped me yesterday when I had an issue with an item I'd bought there earlier. Was totally understanding, extremely helpful and didn't make it seem like any trouble at all. I left with a replacement item and big smile. She is a credit to the company. :)

A very useful village shop. A vast selection of greetings cards to suit all tastes, gift wrap, ribbons, balloons - everything for a party to celebrate any occasion. Lots of gift items too from useful to ornamental. Delightful and helpful staff. Street parking outside or large car park opposite.

Always love a good trip to B & Q where you can find a huge selection of indoor and outdoor hardware and furnishings.

Visited the store yesterday and what a pleasure it was. The staff were amazingly helpful especially Len and Clive. It was like have personal assistants. Nothing was a problem and they gave us the help and advice for everything we needed. Our thanks to both of them and we will be back.

Parking is a little cramped (serves me right for going on a Bank Holiday).

The store is a what you expect from B&Q.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the products and services were displayed in the usual B&Q way.

I like coming to a store like B&Q because you can match the old item with the items on the shelf without having to guess the right part from a catalogue.

Brilliant staffing very helpful lot's of looking about to do and prices can be good if u find a special offer check with staff I will be going back more often I like the way is set out plenty of parking trolleys ect self check out is manned to help you out as well

Have to mention Russell, he wouldn't rest until he had solved my problem, like a dog with a bone. All staff that dealt with my flooring issues (my own fault) were brilliant. Very happy with them and my flooring.

Good, well stocked and with friendly staff. Well managed store, plenty of free parking. Paint mixing section is great as is the wood cutting service (although neither operationally at the the time of writing due to social distancing restrictions)

went to get a storage box this morning and they weren't on display i asked an assistant called Sharon she was ever so helpful checked on her phone for stock and went out of her way to get me the one that i wanted from the store room great service lovely lady 😁

Awesome, had exactly what I needed! Other tool shops didn't have! I purchased a new electric erbauer wood planner, im very satisfied with it also works brilliantly and comes with 2 year warranty!

B&Q Bognor very good, clean, tidy and well organised!
Staff are helpfull and generally informative. Easy access around all parts of the store .
Could do with more till staff when busy.

Brilliant store. Everything you need for your Home&Garden. It's reasonably priced too.
Staff are very polite, helpful & quite funny at times. A pleasure shopping here.
