We had a beautiful gas stove fitted into our new house by The Fireplace Warehouse. It was a big job with major hole drilling, electrical and gas installation work. We cannot fault the work that has been done and absolutely love our new stove and plinth. It has basically transformed our new house into a home.

Right from going into the shop to choose our multi fuel stove, through installing and now, a year later servicing it and sweeping the chimney, they’ve always been friendly, helpful and professional.

Steve, who carried out the installation, was very tidy and took care of our furnishings. Just had 2 solid fuel fires fitted. Good choice in the showroom and advice given and we had time to look around without pressure. Survey was conducted on time and thorough with good advice. The install date was kept to and the service was excellent. Joe and Matty were very polite and always kept us informed as to the work they were doing. Excellent attention to detail and they always asked if we were pleased with each aspect of the fitting. Thank you to all.

Great communications at all stages of preparation, installation and after sales.
During installation the fitters always conducted themselves in a professional manner, polite and courteous, kept us informed of what they were doing at every stage and cleaned up after every stage of the process.
The results of all this...... we now have a great fire and we are looking forward to using it for years to come.

Absolutely couldn't fault any aspect of the service from start to finish. I was informed at every stage about what was needed, and the financial implications, as well as alternative options. No hard sell - just quality products and service that they are confident in. All workers who attended my home were competent, professional and scrupulously polite. Chimney works and install completed with minimal mess and the finished article is stunning. Heartily recommend.

Excellent service from Chris, Bob and the team who worked with us to get the right stove for the most affordable price. They turned up when they said they would and we’re friendly and knowledgable about the products. We spaced our install out over a couple of months and communication and payment terms were clear through to completion. We Would 100% recommend to friends and family thanks guys we just need the cold weather to start now!

I was given time in store to browse without being pounced on with a hard-sell. I attended several times before making my final decision and was not made to feel like an imposition (other showroom were not as welcoming). When I asked for advice it was forthcoming and professional and even at busy times Bob gave me the time and attention I needed. I used the recommended fitter, Chris for the installation, His team was prompt and professional, they tidied as they went and were very thorough with the gas testing, keeping me fully informed of their findings. Having bought a fireplace from here a few years ago and was very happy, I returned to try and get a hearth as ours had been destroyed by children. Was told it would be 10 days or so. Two days later Bob rang me to say he had got one for me as he knew I wanted to get on with it. Very impressed and the price was good as well. Doesn't happen much these days.

Just had a fireplace fit by this company and I cannot recommend them enough. They are a family business with a high standard of goods, work and after sales service. Everything is explained clearly and they want you to be completely satisfied with the finished product. We couldn't be more pleased.

Called the fireplace warehouse talked to man called bob .said what I wanted he said yes gave me a price. It was better then the gas showroom near York bridge . Simple said so
