B&Q Grantham

Went to buy some compost and the service was amazing. A delightful lady asked if she could help and I was accompanied by her wheeling a suitable trolley (which I can never manage) helped me select items put them on the trolley helped me negotiate the pay station and then to the car. She then loaded them into the car making sure I would be able to slide them out easily and wished me well. What a delightful experience for an aged pensioner.

The service we have received from the manager Neil to the lady with pink hair at the checkout was superb. A credit to B&Q. This was not only on making a purchase, but a few days later when we returned to collect the goods with a van. All the staff working as a team.

I had an issue with the paint they mixed for me, it was totally the wrong colour.
Jay was so helpful, he took the time to look at the mixture of my old tin on the computer and noticed the error. He remixed the colour for me and it was spot on. If only all the staff in there were as knowledgeable and helpful. I have to paint my walls white and then paint with the correct colour just because the person before mixed the wrong colour.
Well done Jay for making a very upset and mad customer into a happy one.
I was sold the dark grey instead of the beige ammonite colour!

First off got to say how fabulous Sue is, literally couldn’t do any more for me in regards to getting me the right product and advice on paint, also got me a great deal, this is what great customer service looks like.

I am such a fan of this store. The staff are so positive, knowledgable & enthusiastic. Those I have spoken to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The manger has been there for as long as I have been going there, 20 years, well done to the team at Grantham and to B&Q looking after their great team.

A large well stocked store and very proactive staff. Bought the plumbing items required at a competitive price. It's very nice to be able to see items on shelves before purchase.

I never normally write reviews but Sue from the Grantham store was absolutely amazing. She helped us find the perfect paint colour after spending hundreds on samples that weren't right. Incredible service 🙌🏼

I never write reviews but after the incredible service I received last night I couldn't not! B&q you have two amazing staff members at your Grantham branch. Angela who initially helped me with my query and pointed me in the right direction and Darren the paint specialist! Darren went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having and truly made me feel so relaxed his help was superb! Nothing was to much for either of them and I was made to feel so welcome! Please pass along my thanks to them as they made what should have been a stressful situation (paint colour issue) so easy!

Nice little DIY store. Don't expect 'big' materials for massive projects... But it has everything you need for those job around the house. Helpful, friendly staff too

Nearly always have what I need, and they price match. Never had any problems with the products they have, and the staff are friendly and helpful, nice one guys keep up the good work.

The B in B&Q must stand for Bob because the bloke is an absolute legend. Whenever we've been in he's been helpful, welcoming and a true gent.

Bob is what makes this B&Q stand out from all the others, if the B doesn't stand for Bob then that needs changing. Big up the Bob.

Just don't buy a kitchen from here, 3 months after it got delivered and all of it hasn't turned up yet and returned most of what did because it was damaged and then they put you at the back of the queue so another 3 months to wait. Plus the shop missed bits of the order so I have to pay delivery for them bits and i don't get the 20% discount that I would of got if they got it right when it was on offer. Customer service is really bad.

I received great customer service in store when making my purchase. The sales staff were very helpful. I also had a great delivery team, Cameron and Jason. A good service overall. Thank you.

Has everything and anything your pretty much after. I know prices are usually higher than other competitors but you get to actually see what your buying and mamy alternatives available. So much easy doing this that ordering things online.

The staff in Grantham Branch are amazing 👏 always so friendly and helpful. Particularly Su for put items in the car even when its raining heavily and Darren for explaining the new trader finder service. Thank you guys Penny B

Yesterday I was buying paving slabs and a very kind gentleman called Stephen saw me starting to load them and came straight over, told me to stop as he would do it. He loaded them all, took my trolley to the checkout and then loaded them in my car. He was so helpful and friendly, a real credit to the store. Thank you very much.
