Halfords - Oswestry

Had my car Battery checked by Dan, in the Oswestry Branch, he said it needed a new one, so i had already enquired on phone before hand. So had one fitted, old one disposed of. Dan was very thorough & helpful. Great Lad, nice mannered.

Purchased an interior rear view mirror but didn't fit properly so I returned the item. The young chap that served me was very helpful and exchanged the correct item for me very quickly.
Very good customer understanding as well. Keep it up!!

I went in store urgently needing a headlight bulb, and Jack was very happy to oblige. He found the exact item I needed which meant i could get back out on the road straight away. Very helpful, would come back again :)

Took my car in for some new headlight bulbs which they fitted for me and also did a free 10 point check which they found some issues with tyre pressure and corrected it at no charge, overall s quick friendly experience..

5* Service fitting my Mustang battery

Wanted a particular child's bike he had set his heart on. Was out of stock online but staff at Oswestry found one that was available. Contacted to say was ready for collection a day earlier than promised. Very happy with purchase and grandson got the bike he wanted. Excellent service.

Why can't everything be as seamless as this? I phoned the call centre this morning to find out where there was stock of a bike I wanted, which I then purchased on the store's website. When I arrived to pick it up, not only was it ready and waiting with all the other items I'd ordered, but it was already built (which I hadn't expected) because the call centre had actually told them that I would be coming in to buy it. That in itself goes above and beyond! And when I arrived at the store, the staff, especially the bike technician, couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Assuming there won't be a problem with the bike, I have to give five stars for Halfords customer service and communication.

Although the gentleman looking after us had a very busy morning he took the time to make conversation with me. Delighted with the service we had having our battery changed.
Sadly never got the name of the chap but our appointment was at the Oswestry shop on the 23.01.2023 at 11.00am white Peugeot 308cc for a new battery, please pass on our thanks to him, also battery was a good price , many thanks Edgar Jones

Fantastic experience all levels checked, headlight bulbs replaced. Cost of bulbs only with £5 discount as well. Couldn't ask for more.

Cashier very friendly and patient, especially as my wallet was still in the car.
