Excellent service and quality products installed. We had a home office installed in the garden in 2021. Smart AV Solutions installed a system to connect our wifi around the house and out to the garden. Until yesterday, all was smooth, however, something happened? (Being not very technical I called and an engineer (Mark) arrived this morning), he arrived on time, looked very smart, was professional and polite. After running some diagnostics and fixed the problem he explained clearly to me what the cause was and showed me some checks that I could make (should it happen again - hopefully not). Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Grant and Mark :-)

Very happy with the work and advice from the AV Solutions team. Grant and I discussed upfront and then he visited and we talked through all of my preferences - for networking gear, security cameras, alarm and some speaker mounting. Given I had quite particular requirements I was pleased that Grant was able to be flexible as well as make suggestions. Due to various reasons I had to keep moving the install date, and Grant thankfully accommodated that. Simon, Ben and team did a great job on the install with cabling nicely done. Unfortunately a piece of hardware failed during install, but a return visit was promptly organised.

I have used Smart AV for over 15 years now. They are just amazing. Professional and perfect customer service. Any problems they sort quickly and deliver perfect solutions, We use them for Wifi, TV and cameras . Highly recommend Grant and his team.

Highly recommend Smart AV Solutions. Mark and Ben installed new Cctv cameras and boosted our internet with repeaters around the house. Very tidy neat and respectful inside and outside the property. Grant, Mark and Ben great team that really know their work
