A big thank you to all the staff at Bognor Wicks. We have been going there for 2 years now since we moved.
The staff are always helpful and polite. Nothing is a problem if items need to be returned or changed.
Great service.
The added bonus us that we can take our dog in rather than leaving her in the car. They even have treats to give the dogs when you are checking out.

Absolutely first rate service. I had to return some boards that were surplus to requirements and carried out a full refund of the extras without any quibble. Always have everything I need and far more cost effective than B&Q and Homebase.

Extremely easy to get to and usually plenty of parking. Store is very well laid out and plenty of room in each aisle to navigate through the store. Click and Collect service is excellent, you usually get a text within about 30 minutes of placing an order online - and the order is always there to pick up straight away. Very well organised and efficiently run store.

Quick and easy to find what i needed

Fantastic customer service from the 3 young guys at Wickes Bognor this morning, so helpful! Found the flooring I needed high up on the top shelves and then voluntarily packed it carefully in my car while I paid. Thank you!

Not a big store but stocked well for building or DIY jobs. Friendly staff, very helpful. Good deals sometimes on workwear. Easy car or van parking and also a mobile tea/snack van in the carpark. Need a kitchen or bathroom, they sell these too.

Nice easy to shop store, our closest since Chichester closed. Good prices and friendly service.

Bought a loo seat, but it didn't fit properly and Wicks happily exchanged it for me, I did upgrade it and it hadn't been used but I was so pleased with their help
