My son's gaming laptop was broken and didn't work anymore so the repair was arranged by my insurance company. Pick up was quick. I didn't hear from them when they received it so this bit was a little uncomfortable but then I started receiving emails about the work they were doing and when they ordered new parts. In the end they offered me a new laptop because the spare part was not available. They called me to let me know the box arrived damaged and asked if I want them to open it and check the device. Communication was really good and we now have a new laptop that teenager is very happy with. I would definitely recommend Greenbridge based on my experience.

We sent our laptop for repair, through Domestic and General, were well instructed to what to happen next. At the start, it involved quite a bit of waiting due to ordering parts, then we were advised that due to the time to get the parts, we were offered a replacement instead. Did not expect that so was really pleased! We felt that they liaised well with the Domestic & General. Tel worked well, didn't have to be stuck in the queue for ages like with some organisations. Replacement received with Royal Mail, packaging was really sturdy. Customer service was good. So I rang up to thank the team.

Fantastic service!
Device was collected day after the claim was made. DPD make sure the device is photographed in their possession, then secured in a padded crate with ties so you know it’s going to be delivered safely. You’re updated through every step. Also, customer service were very helpful and quick response time. Device was received back earlier than the estimated slot which I was really pleased with! Overall, very pleased with the service!

This is an incredibly efficient and trustworthy firm. I have used them twice now to repair an Apple laptop and both times the unit came back almost as new.
A very quick turn around time (a major plus point for me!) and excellent communication along the way means this is a computer repair firm I would heartily recommend.

My laptop has broken, they couldn't fix it so they sent me a new one but I didn't like it because it wasn't screen-touch as mine was. Excellent service. The repair was completed to the highest standard; the greatest care was taken in the collection and return of the laptop and we were kept fully informed throughout what was a speedy process. When we needed to contact the company - for a complication at our end - the respondent was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. All was splendid throughout.

Greenbridge Technology are the best and very good at their work.
They have been fantastic at solving my problem with the IPad tablet they solved the issue by giving me a brand new tablet. The tablet has arrived so quickly and information with emails of every step so I knew what’s going to happen next. Service was extremely efficient, communication was excellent, emails and text messages right the way through from collection to assessment, repair and return. The only issue I'd say there was is there were no accompanying papers to say what the actual problem was and what was done to fix the laptop so maybe add that to future repairs for those of us who are curious.
I think it took less than a week for my repair to be completed and laptop returned , and they even sent it with a new charger so I am extremely happy with the service.

Absolutely brilliant. My laptop was picked up on Friday morning. I received a text on Monday confirming that my laptop was received and it's been processed for repairs. Then I got a call on the following day on Tuesday to tell me that they've ordered parts' then on Wednesday I got another call telling me that the parts might take a little longer then usual because of the brand of my laptop' then very nice gentleman I spoke to was very polite and understanding' he offered me alternative' he recommended me of similar laptop to mine. And on Monday the following week I received my brand new laptop' I am very happy with the service. And the politeness and how things were sorted as quickly as possible. Thank you very much

This was the company used by my extra cover from John Lewis, I cant fault the process at all. The call to John Lewis was straight forward and took a matter of minutes to get the tablet booked in for repair. It was collected a two days later and returned to us repaired with all accessories within 1 week. Now in working order. Very easy and efficient process.

Communication was brilliant from beginning to end.
We were unable to sign out of our Apple ID sue to the damage, Greenbridge provided a link that allowed us to sign out. As soon as the device was deemed BER insurance company info'd immediately so replacement could be sourced. Would recommend Greenbridge highly.

Great service, really easy to make a claim. The collection of my device was quick, well updated and courier was polite. The repair process was also very quick, within a week of sending the device off I had it back. Highly recommend

Excellent service from Greenbridge Technology from start to finish, kept informed of the process to repair my laptop the whole way. Got a call and the gentlemen explained my laptop couldn't be repaired and i would be getting a replacement like for like. He took the time out to go through all the specification of my new laptop. Once Greenbridge Technology had my iPad they kept me fully informed at each stage of the repair, through emails and text messages. Great communication.

Easy process to make a claim arranged collection from my house and returned when new screen on laptop. Excellent service and fast turnaround wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends the laptop was packaged in bubble wrap when returned to me which ensured it would not get damaged in transit

Ipad collected promptly, the repairs carried out well and eficiently and the device returned within 7 days. A very good performance.

Had a great experience with Greenbridge. My laptop went black I could not get into it or save anything. I had it collected and returned within a week. Everything is now up and running, I'm very happy and would use them again.

Screen on ipad replaced which had cracked. Prompt collection by the courier and returned quickly to me after a new screen had been fitted. Everything working very well.

Great example of customer service. I was very impressed.

I hope I don't have to use this service again !!
