With so much negativity being shared about this clinic, I felt compelled to share the excellent experience I had today. The clinic was clearly signposted, the staff friendly and welcoming and very reassuring.

Regarding the issue that people have been experiencing with the phone line, it’s better to contact the relevant service Hywel Dda number.

For example, there is an 01267 number for the sexual health clinic that covers both Llanelli and Carmarthen. They offer emergency telephone appointments and operate a triage system. It is sometimes engaged but after I couple of tries, I’ve never failed to get through.

My appointment today ran on time and I have nothing but positive things to say about both members of staff I encountered.

Amazing staff, very caring, utilises appropriate MDT across carmarthenshire to intervene and support where neccesary. Very informative, manages patients safely and effectively, considerate of thier and families needs at all times. Excellent

The Elizabeth Williams dental clinic staff and dentists are fantastic been with them for two years or more and can’t fault them at all their so helpful and friendly, and the dentists really put you at ease if you’re nervous about dentists and needles like me their absolutely brilliant

Was only going to give 1* as nobody answers the phone,couldn’t talk to anybody or make an appointment!
Till I just walked in and realised just how understaffed they really are.
Private is the way forward… if one can simply afford it that is.

Terrible service. Nobody answers the phone. Appointments for are not generated by the clinic so we cannot make an appointment for our child. There is no email address either. Not quite sure how to move forward. Please can management sort this. We need our child to be seen.

No point in ringing no one answers yet when I got here they are all sitting around chatting NHS needs t9 consider re staffing out with the old in with the new.Woupd give zero star if I could.Service is good if you can ever get through to them iv been trying fir a month!

Reviews all show that nobody answers the phone. Very concerning, I’ve been trying for days. 19 times today and still not got through! Travelling into town isn’t so easy for some, just a query I have for now, it would have taken a minute to give me the information. This seriously needs to be addressed by management

Rearranged an appointment for my daughter due to staffing issues, gave us a new date but no time, tried getting in touch to ask for a time but no answer on their phones.

Cancelled my appointment for my implant removal three times in the last 8 months and now cancelled this one an hour before I was due to go. Bad show.

Absolutely ridiculous trying to get hold of them! Phoned 12 times in the past 20 minutes and not once has anyone answered!! This is very frustrating when your in urgent need to speak with a dentist.

Not even worthy of one star, I've been trying to contact the clinic for an implant removal for over a week, rang more times than I can remember, nobody answers the phone and if they do they pick it up and put it back down, absoloutley shocking.

I would give nothing if I could. Not answering phone for weeks. It seems they could not care at all.

Almost impossible to get an answer when you call.Service is good when you can actually get seen,but it's a nightmare trying to get through to them.
