Nice views from our accommodation! We had a sink inside of our room which is practical and cafe for free! TV worked perfectly. I recommend it 🤩

It's a very reasonable rate a night, a clean, safe place to stay, and George the owner lives on site. Don't believe the bad reviews, I found it to be quite pleasant there whilst my mum was recovering from an RTA at the University of Cambridge Hospital.

A much better experience than the Google reviews would have led me to believe. Our triple room was large, clean and incredibly cheap. The bathrooms looked to be new and more than did the job!

My stay here was absolutely excellent, it had a great atmosphere and a warm welcome. I don’t see how it is only 2 stars.. it was more than adequate accommodation and very nicely priced. If I need a roof over my head again I will be staying here! 🥳

This place is amazing with a really nice location.
I stayed here for 3 nights and I'm very satisfied as the room was clean and the host was cool and very helpful. I totally recommend this place.

Mayor of Cambridge was very welcoming

Had a great stay with George who was always friendly and stopped for a chat. The rooms are basic but spacious and clean, tea/coffee topped up if you need. Bathrooms also looked newly renovated and clean. Like alot of houses in the UK, walls can be quite thin and floors creaky but wasn't a huge deal when you're paying a good price to stay close to the city in a great location surrounded by food options!

Me and my friend we had a stay for one week and the house owner was kind with us and talkative, the house is nice and comfy, the beds where we've slept are awesome, also he gave us every morning new teas and milk to have a good starting. Actually valuable for what it offers

Little bit far from train station. Family owned place with a very small rooms. Bathroom next door. Its big and nice. Walls are thin so you can hear people. Would be better to serve breakfast like B&B houses.

Walking distance to the trainline and many restaurants and supermarkets. Shared bathroom, but the amenities are decent and the rooms comfortable for work and resting.

Very warm welcome, lovely motherly lady was waiting for us at the door with a charming smile and very helpful and chatty, Can't see why someone wrote a horrid review before. lets see how the beds hold up ;)
