I have been with Gravells Pharmacy for 5 years now. A friendly, helpful team always going above and beyond to help and advise. Calm when faced with timing challenges, i feel looked after. Recent big operation with medication changes and medication updates were taken in stride. Delivering to my door when i couldn't arrange pick up. I feel they have my back. I highly recommend them. Jamie and his team go above and beyond with the professional service I receive from here. They are always willing to help and offer advice whenever I need it.
Would highly recommend this pharmacy if you would like to be listened to and advised by people who go to the trouble of getting to know you and genuinely care.

An exceptionally busy pharmacy, I can see why though, as the staff and Pharmacists are absolutley amazing, nothing is to much for them, they are always smiling, always happy to help, always chatty. There is a very friendly atmosphere when you go there. I am a regular customer and feel very lucky to know I can go there and see one of the Pharmacists if and when needed. 😍 👌

In our opinion the best pharmacy in Llanelli, we have tried quite a few over the years, but Gravells comes out top time and again. Hannah , Jamie and their team always gives excellent service with a smile, nothing is too much trouble for any one of them, amazingly they never seem to have an off day either!
We have recommended Gravells to many of our friends and family who have also been very impressed with the prompt and professional service. This pharmacy always goes the extra mile, hopefully they will be serving their local community for many years to come

The most wonderful staff, really go beyond what would be expected to help and advise. Not in stock? It's there that afternoon or the following morning. If they say they'll call you back, guess what..... They actually do. The way other businesses need up treat customers. If I could give 10 stars they'd have the lot from me.

A family run Chemist with welcoming, knowledgable and helpful staff… Since moving into the area in 2017, Gravells has been our go to Chemist - which we have used a lot due to our daughter being born prematurely with implications… Jamie and the team adopt a personal and informative touch to their service, which we highly recommend.

I have been using this chemist for a number of years, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and thry go over and above to help. They offer a range of services, including a prescribing pharmacist. Fantastic service.

Gravells Pharmacy Llanelli is without any doubt the BEST pharmacy in town. I have recommended this pharmacy to many people over the years and everyone who has been there say the same. The staff are welcoming, helpful, supportive and professional but also human and can banter and chat with customers which puts those who may struggle with medical things at ease. The services they offer outclass any other pharmacy including "guest" services like skin clinics, foot clinics, weight loss clinics, private blood tests and b12 injections as well as flu clinics to name a few that I know of.. there are probably more. On top of that they can support you under the common ailment scheme and also have a prescibing pharmacist. This pharmacy is my go to place for the family before I ring the GP. I won't go anywhere else and I'd strongly recommend you go there too.

I’ve been using Gravells Pharmacy for years. They are knowledgable, friendly and so helpful. I have my medication delivered and the delivery drivers are always professional. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Excellent customer service, always friendly and knowledgeable, even though I arrive with no appointment, time is always made for me to discuss my requirements. Products are in stock and the building is ideally situated with plenty of parking.

Have started using this pharmacy and I must say the service I have been provided with is excellent. What a lovely team they are and Jamie is so friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff have gone above and beyond for me at gravells pharmacy,really polite and very helpful no matter if they are super busy or not always got time talk to you and make sure you have got everything you need and more. Would 100% recommend going to this pharmacy if in need of anything .
