Alltyfyrddin Farm

I have no words to describe how beautiful this place is. It was exactly what I was looking for (I prefer to be with animals on a farm than be around lots of humans) and this guesthouse exceeded my expectations!! Ended up staying 4 nights instead of 2.Sharon and her staff are very kind and it was all very homely!! clean rooms and breakfast is excellent.People in carmarthen are also super kind.There are some excellent restaurants in town.I will come back again Sharon. Lots of love to you and staff xxx p.s if anyone is visiting here for the first time, please please be respectful of her establishment and the farm. It's a quiet beautiful place with beautiful energy.

Loved the farm vibe - very peaceful. Fabulous to wake up with the sounds of the farm. After a good farmhouse breakfast I headed out to exploring the nearly towns and beaches. Everything was wonderful!

I can honestly say, was a lovely one night stay.

Arriving in daylight made it easier to locate although Google maps took me straight to the front door so must have been updated since some of these older posts!

Sharon’s other half welcomed me in and Sharon completed check in - both lovely hosts.

Room (Gwenllian), although a little dated, reminded me of some of the guest houses I’ve stayed in the past, but most importantly, bed and amenities perfectly clean.

After good night sleep (worried a little about it being a working farm but didn’t hear any animals waking me up in middle of night!!) and good pressured shower (for those like me that this is a must), was welcomed into the surprisingly large dining room for a great Welsh breakfast.

All in all, a great and peaceful stay outside of the busy carmarthen centre. Would definitely recommend and likely to return again if have the chance.

An opportunity to stay on a real working farm in nice, well appointed guest rooms. I stayed one night for business, and from the room at the back of the farmhouse saw several red kites circling Merlin's Hill. An excellent breakfast was cooked to order.

Diolch yn fawr iawn Sharon, roedd ein amser yn Allfyrddin yn bleserus iawn. This guest house provides friendly and comfortable accommodation conveniently near my home town of Carmarthen and there is easy access to many tourist attractions. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was the best I've had in a guest house. Very accommodating for children too - my son enjoyed it. We all loved staying there.

Lovely host, peace full, but Google maps not accurate,use the directions provided by the farm. Excellent breakfast. Heritage museum worth visiting.

Fantastic views of the towy valley and llungunnor hill and great info from the Merlin's hill centre well worth visiting I come here often 🏴??????🙏
