I bought a new toilet system, no problems, but very slow to answer emails, you’re better off phoning.

U try to get in touch with them but they never respond

Do not use - goods supplied are damaged or seconds.
Please read all feedback reviews - packages were wrapped damaged. The items were not damaged by courier - replacements were shipped unchecked and in worse condition than the first shipment. Communication was also very poor for a process that takes over 2 weeks to receive a refund.Please use an alternative supplier.

Ordered item had no tracking number was stated next day despatch no show after 2 weeks had to get paypal involved to get money back

They are horrible people to buy an item from.
I purchased and a bike lift the item delivered I checked the parts are missing, contact them via email & phone had no answer no reply it's been over 2 months. Then I post the ithem back to them still not heard any thing from them.

Useless, almost everything I have looked at is not available - Plasma Cutter, varous workbenches to name but a few. It's been that way since way before Covid and lockdown so canr use that as an excuse.
