Kate and her small team have helped me to streamline my self assessment process, and have been patient and understanding whilst I have been learning how to use Xero, the online digital software package. I used The Paperwork Team to learn how to use Xero. Although it is quite user friendly it is also very fiddly and Kate was an excellent tutor. She took me step by step, with great patience, explaining each step and repeating where required! She really knows her stuff and if something unusual came up that she had not encountered before she would just make a note, look into it after our session and come back with an answer. Very supportive and knowledgeable - highly recommended!

What can I say, Kate she is brilliant, extremely patient as i'm a bit rusty on the computer. I had never used Zero before and she taught me mostly everything with a couple of trips to her house and a few emails backwards and forwards. Kate has always been at the end of a phone or a text/email nothing was too much trouble I would highly recommend The Paperwork Team.
