Got told by a friend about this shop, so decided to pop in and have a look ,and so glad I did ,what a pleasant experience from the start, from just entering into the store and being welcomed by the staff, to walking around the store looking at all the different styles of furniture, we wanted a new sofa for our lounge and picked a traditional style chesterfield as we wanted a more grown up look ,after going through the options of size, colour and materials with the sales person we decide on this lovely green cloth sofa to match our room and put our order in ,was told our sofa would be with us by so many weeks and low and behold it was ,delivery was swift and painless and was given a call by the drivers before hand which was a nice touch ,all in all a very pleasant experience, and know I have a lovely sofa even the dog likes it

Dealing with Peter on the phone on several occasions was delightful. He was full of emotional literacy and always willing to go a step further by measuring this and that before we purchased our Nantucket garden furniture. Sadly, it is a rare thing today, to receive such commendable service.

Lovely shop with lovely products, I received amazing service once again this week. Everyone in the shop was so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. Delivery team were also great - called ahead of delivery, installed my new wardrobe super quickly and took away all the rubbish. 💯 recommend. Thank you!

Just had delivery of my corner sofa was awear of the long wait but definitely worth it it's absolutely lovely, fabric, colour, cushions all great. Delivery date set and they did call 30 mins before arriving the 2 men put it all together and took away all the wrapping protection. Joanne, and the manager were most helpful. Will definitely go back for a rug thankyou everyone

Delighted with the wardrobes we ordered. They were beautifully fitted by BF Home's staff who were very efficient, friendly & left everything clean & tidy. Very pleased that once we placed our order we got plenty of information about when delivery would be. Will happily use BF Home next time we need furniture or home accessories.

Great service ! We came in 10muns before closing and at no point did they make us feel rushed or not wanted ! We ended up buying a few things which are lovely and perfect for our house! Will definitely be going there again

About 10 months ago (how time flies) I purchased a lot of lounge/dining room furniture from the Norwich branch of Better Furniture. The sales staff were attentive but not at all pushy, this was a refreshing change after visiting a couple of the nationals. I found the price for the quality very competitive and soon placed my order. I was kept informed of the order status and deliver schedules, all of which were adhered to. I will certainly use again!

First room already beautifully completed and delivered ahead of schedule .Delivery and installation team superb too,with nothing too much trouble for them .All Covid precautions in place . We are very happy customers and would highly recommend the Norwich store for both competitive pricing and for exceptional customer service all round. Can’t wait for the rest of the furniture, which was ordered at a later date, to arrive!

Absolutely brilliant. Such super products- far superior to the chain stores. Really helpful, friendly advice from staff who clearly care about their customers. Prompt delivery from two lovely chaps and an issue with a missing item resolved within 45 mins. Absolutely superb service. We won’t go anywhere else from this point onwards. Thrilled with the dining set too!

We bought some bedroom furniture and the transaction was quick and efficient, with the price being competitive. The delivery was on time and the service on delivery was excellent. The furniture was taken and placed in the positions we required with carpets covered and care when taking the furniture upstairs. We would recommend Better Furniture and will use them again.

We have recently had a bed and table delivered from BF. We have had hiccups with the renovation and the team have been incredibly understanding and flexible. The items we have received are beautiful also! Thank you Better Furniture.

Having been let down after waiting 4 months to have a complete suite of bedroom furniture ordered from a well known store, I contacted Better Furniture Norwich who came to the rescue... within a couple of weeks I had a lovely suite delivered and installed with great professionalism. I will certainly be using this company again who went above and beyond with their customer service and care. Thanks to you all.

As we walked through the door we thought "ooo! This looks expensive, lwts play, if we won the lottery what would we buy"
But we were surprised at what great things they had at reasonable prices.
The settings were beautifully designed and the quality evident.

We recently bought a Dinning Table and chairs from this company. The service we received at the store was outstanding, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and all needs were met. The delivery was equally outstanding we got an e-mail to confirm delivery, and a phone call when they were coming, when they arrived they were excellent. It was an all round professional and good quality service I would recommend this store to anyone.

Ordered a table and chairs with bar stools. Unfortunately the bar stools had a delay of 8 weeks but we chose to wait. The table and chairs were delivered this morning by two lovely men who put it all together for me and were incredibly polite. The furniture is beautiful! Cannot wait for the bar stools to arrive to complete the look. Will visit again soon as need wardrobes now 😊

very helpful staff in the shop and what really made it all very good for us was the delivery men. They covered up the carpets where they walked and assembled the furniture and not a trace of mess or packaging was to be seen when they had finished. We are very pleased with the furniture and the price was good.

Was so patient with us since we ordered in April, was happy to move delivery dates time and time again due to set backs.

We have now completed delivery and could not be happier with the table and bed. Thank you m!!
