Great store with friendly staff, would recommend as the staff are most helpful when asking about certain products. Large range of cloth and hemming. Would recommend.

Attended a workshop. A truly helpful tutor, guided us on basics and answered all questions. They have a good variety of stock as well.

Very broad range of yarn, knitting products and different hobby ranges for all ages. Highly recommend this shop, as staff is very knowledgeable on every product that this shop stocks. Only downside of shopping there is the car park, which can get very busy during peak time with nowhere to park ( usually Saturday and Sunday lunch time/dinner time).

On a large retail park. On two floors. Plenty to see and buy. Prices where reasonable and staff where very friendly and helpful.

Popped in today exasperated about my first attempt at knitting a scarf. Pamela on your team was incredible: she helped me find a suitable wool to salvage my project, explained about changing my needles in the future and found me a 3 for 2 deal whilst teaching me how to continue on knitting with new yarn when I was confused.
Please do see that she is appropriately rewarded this Christmas :) Customer service like this is the reason why we come back again and again.

Excellent selection of craft items with very knowledgeable staff. Although some items are pricey for what they are, it is a very niche market and I appreciate the stocked selection available making it incredibly convenient to buy straight away.

Great shop it's got everything you want to do with anything literally anything my favourite is to n the yarn section and they have a large choice of lots of different makes of yarn there own is very good as well often buy that.

Took our daughter to collect some stuff for her college work, got what we wanted, the staff were very helpful and friendly 🙂

It’s a big store with many options wether you want a kit to try a new thing or you need specific tools for the craft you master. There are sections for baking knitting sewing drawing and more. Also it is a good place to find presents for kids and decoration options.

Well stocked with good deals. It can get busy and the tills aren't usually well manned.

I knew what I wanted and they had it. Only interaction was with the cashier who was very polite and jolly.

Full of all your crafting needs. They have a very good selection of knitting yarns and an excellent collection of sewing threads and embroidery threads.

Specifically on the trip the colour in pirate ship!! Think we had more fun with it than the kids!
