Absolutely fantastic professional company. I purchased a large Gareys Eureka lemon tree from plants4presents and I'm super impressed with the quality of our new tree it looks super healthy. The tree arrived beautifully packaged with care and arrived in fabulous condition with lovely fragrant flowers already appearing. I also received helpful information all about looking after our new lemon tree which is very detailed and helpful. The information also included a lovely 'about us section' and after reading this you can really tell they care about their trees and plants and that they want to provide excellent service to their customers. The delivery was also very quick and allowed me to select a date for delivery so its very convenient and it arrived in 2 days. I will 100% purchase from this company again absolutely fantastic 👏

I have been using this website to buy my citrus indoor plants. I have never been disappointed with any of my choice with this company. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I recently stressed my lemon tree a lot (went on holiday and nobody watered it) so I reached out asking for advice and they sent me a very thorough and detailed answer. They noticed details I had missed on the picture and gave me tons of advice. I bought this lemon tree from them a couple of years ago, it arrived nicely packaged and in a good shape with fruits on the branches. Would happily buy again from them!

I have previously purchased 2 Meyer Lemon Trees and 1 Orange tree from them, they are all excellent and very healthy. They all produce a large quantity of fruit, that taste delicious. Delivery is very quick, I would not buy fruit trees from anyone else.

I love Plants for Presents. I live in New Zealand and have used this company on many occasions to send special occasion gifts. The service is exceptional and in my experience they have always gone the extra step to ensure my order is well managed and make me feel like a valued customer. Outstanding! This is exactly how I would describe the wonderful service Plants4Presents deliver on so many points. The plants are simply beautiful, delivered and packaged well above par. This was done so sympathetically and carefully. All the packaging was natural and biodegradable without any sign of the nasty plastic stuff that others supply. On top of that there are wonderful considerate instructions and passports on plant care with hand written cards too! They take such great care and clearly love what they do as it reflects on their service. I wax lyrical because I just didn't expect this level of care and service when compared with other companies who provide plants. The staff who I spoke with are passionate and knowledgeable and clearly love what they do as much as we love their plants that are so reasonably priced too.
These folks are great and I would highly recommend if you wish to send plants.

Just one point on another reviewer who scored them as 1! All I would say to that one is that it's important to take some personal responsibility. Clearly if a plant has died a year after delivery, then one should also question if your care of the plant after it was delivered was adequate. To score 1 seems to me rather irrational and somewhat offensive to this great company.

I found Plants 4 Presents a few years ago when I wanted to send a gift to the UK as I live abroad and have used them on a number of occasions and would not consider going elsewhere.

Everything from the plant, to the pot , to the gift card and the delivery are way beyond my expectations and I will continue to use them for many orders to come.

I've now used Plants4Presents twice. The first time, I ordered a lime tree for my Dad which he was incredibly pleased with. It was delivered the next day and in great condition. I've now ordered a houseplant for my best friend and just had a call to say that unfortunately the one I had chosen wasn't looking its best anymore and would I like to swap it for another type that was much better. This is absolutely outstanding customer service, as many companies may have sent another despite it not being a good healthy plant. The helpful information on each plant on the site is also great for gauging whether a plant makes a suitable present for the recipient! Couldn't recommend this company enough and will definitely be buying from them again.

My daughter got me a lemon tree from plants4presents and it is beautiful. Plants4presents were very helpful when I emailed them about how to care for a lemon tree- lots of very helpful advice, and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!

I have bought a number of gifts from plants for presents, they are always excellently packed and arrive looking wonderful, but more than that - these are a gift that lasts. My Dads lemon tree and mini clementine tree are still looking amazing 3 years on. Would thoroughly recommend!
