Speedy, safe service and often cheaper than rival Screwfix. Click & collect orders are ready quick, always less than an hour.

That’s twice this week I’ve needed to use this branch. I’ve used a couple of other branches in the past for convenience, this is my new ‘go to’ branch. Staff are great and helpful, maybe it’s the hot sunny weather, but I don’t think the weather makes a difference!!!! Cheery, smiley and making the best of a difficult situation. Anna, Lorna and Ronald will brighten your day. I’ll definitely return.

Great Toolstation Branch, staff are always very helpful and friendly whether your in the trade or not. Their Click and Collect service is very fast. All of my orders have been ready within half an hour, the fastest was 6 minutes from placing order. All the staff give great service, but a shout out to Anna and Lorna as nothing is a bother.

Staff are very Helpful, Lorna was a great help with outstanding service when I was at the shop. Had my order ready quickly and and made the short wait comfortable and she made conversation to allow for a comfortable and non-awkward wait

Like usual Lorna, Cheryl and team have been fantastic going above and beyond to be able to help me. They are by far the best store in the Glasgow area- they don’t make mistakes and they provide top quality advice. They are extremely helpful and friendly too!!

Popped in after popping to 3 other (screw fix, B and q and Halfords)
Tool station was the most helpful by far, Told me what I needed in 10 seconds walked out in 30 with what I needed.

Will defos be coming back here if stuck.

I would like to thank to all staff working in Paisley branch for their professionalism and involvement in this difficult time. But especially one member of staff whose name is Anna. Anna is super polite and helpful. She always have smile for us and good word. She is real star Toolstation.

The service I received was absolutely outstanding I was a bit lost to start with because I have never shopped there and a very nice, polite lady called Lorna helped me and she couldn’t be more helpful. Highly recommend shopping here again

Great service, approached my dad at the door and asked if this order was for him. Brilliantly quite and quick service during lockdown and 100% better than screwfix who have you waiting in the queue even to collect an order! Well done toolstation.

Click & collect service operated without any problems, staff were pleasant, the employee was Cheryl. Car parking is a bit tight as there was a delivery lorry blocking one side.
