Great place for fish either tropical or cold water fish I've purchased a good few fish from pets at home thanks again guys

Popped in to pick up Lily's wet and dry food which was on a"deal"... Bargain and my dog loves it.

Fantastic experience here today as was purchasing a few vital cat foods and furniture bits for our new kittens. The total came quite high and our serving with a smile cashier Kay helped us set up a loyalty card and get huge savings and vouchers. Very happy with the quality of products so far!

Visited the store today with our new chocolate rescue lab Tuscan . We think hes never been socialised with dogs or humans before so trying out all situations slowly to build up his confidence. when we went into the store all the staff especially the manager took time to listen to his story and give him as much attention as he could handle .
I cant praise the staff highly enough as it will take time for him to adjust to all the new sights and sounds, with a lot of training time and more importantly love he will be a beautifull boy

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved Pet following a relatively short illness and from our 1st visit when she 1st became ill the Staff couldn't have been more helpful and understanding from the staff at the desk to the Vets and Vet nurses the service we received was truly lovely

The staff are excellent. It's not everyday two pet lambs enter your store. But they dealt with us wonderfully. We left very happy customers.

The staff at this particular store are always very helpful and friendly. Even sorted an issue I had been trying to deal with for nearly 6 weeks caused by the Glasgow Parkhead store who would not answer any phone calls or emails. Would highly recommend this store.

Excellent selection of products for our new puppy, friendly and helpful staff who clearly love animals. Have never had trouble finding what I'm after and they have a brilliant selection of toys and treats. My go-to pet shop!

I was looking for a harness for my Yorkshire Terrier. I needed one that would not rub a lump she has on her back. Found the perfect one here. They have a vast range of harnesses to fit dogs of all sizes. Staff are lovely.

Perfect location with loads of level parking available. Store has just about everything you could possibly need for just about any kind of pet!

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about all things dogs. Great selection too. Would love it if you could expand the bird section though but this is the same for all pets at homes.

Great large store thats stocks items for almost all animals. also runs kids workshops during holidays to teach them about care and health of animals. There is also a notice board for paying general information about clubs and other animal services liked dog walking but also doubles up as a list and found board for missing parts as well. There is an adoption place as well where they have taken in animals that the owners can no longer keep and give them a second chance to find a home. Great store and great staff.

They were very helpful when we wanted to pick out some fish. They made sure our tank was suitable for the fish before selling to us.
