PORCELANOSA Cambridge

PORCELANOSA in general is a good company/brand to buy bathroom or just tiles from. We have visited the showroom a few times and Justyna helped us to find the right products for Bathroom and the ground floor tiles. Justyna is a very polite and welcoming person who is very patient and answers all of our queries well. Justyna had good knowledge of the products we asked about and never hesitates. This has led to us buying the best quality possible without any second thoughts. We will be getting our bathroom tiles, vanity units and the mirror delivered on the first week of Jan 2024 and we are eagerly waiting for it.

I was helped by a very earnest and eager to please Staff Member who hauled out tiles and listened to my specifications although the tile I wanted was not laid on the shop floor. She was very patient and tried to grasp what I specifically wanted with no hesitation - keeping in mind how large floor tiles are. The person serving was Tanya and she is in the Croydon Branch. She did not tell me what I wanted but gently advised pointing out various pros and cons. I was very pleased with her Service and all her subsequent communications. The result was that I acquired the tile I actually wanted and am settled in my mind that I have made the right choice. Good front line service is essential - in my opinion - and I received this. The tiles are also of good quality - important as they will be laid across all of my downstairs home.

Thank you to Tanya the showroom consultant at the Croydon branch for helping to make the challenge of redesigning our property so much easier. She understood what we were looking for and gave great advise, without being pushy, eventually leading us to the perfect floor and wall tiles that fit seamlessly into the property but also adding the extra character we were looking for.

I can’t fault the 5 star customer service I received from Tanya Seaward at the Croydon branch on the Purley Way. She spent ages with me showing me lots samples based on my requirements, talking me through details of each tile and checking suitability for my bathroom. I will definitely go back to Porcelanosa based on my customer service experience with her.
As for the tiles, not due with me yet but I’m so excited to install them - they are beautiful, extra large and will look incredible on my bathroom floor. The fact that they were on sale is an added bonus!

Fantastic customer experience from my first phone call to the final order going through. Justyna was brilliant and kept me updated with regular emails and followed through on all my enquiries about VAT relief for disabled customers, liaising with accounts and getting it all arranged. So rare nowadays to find such good customer service. Big Christmas bonus for Justyna please, Porcelanosa!

Was super pleased with the service I have received both in store and over the phone from Justyna. I was after some tiles that were sold out online and Justyna managed to find the last 8sqm left in the UK for me! Shariq Modak. I have always received a first class treatment from Shariq. He communicates speedily and with precision (and great patience).
I have always been very happy with the service and the quality of products than from Porcelanosa.

We had to buy extra tiles because of a very stressful mistake by our private third-party tiler. Luis made ordering the replacement tiles very easy and it goes without saying that we absolutely love the product (Chester Acero).

I had incorrectly ordered the quantity of tiles required for kitchen splashback and Luis from the Cambridge store sorted it out very quickly for me. I really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Great help from Justyna. She suggested solution to us regarding timing of our delivery. Always answers our email promptly and provides us with all necessary information and updates. She has been extremely helpful.

Located on the Beehive Centre to the right as you enter the grounds off Coldhams Lane. Parking free for 3 hours no return for an hour. Lovely showroom, friendly staff and great customer service.
