My daughter and I visited Vera's artisan restaurant and were amazed at the choices on the menu the staff were all cheerful and courteous to us and gave us as much time as we needed to choose from the menu,
Choices were varied with even a couple of dishes with Spanish influences
The food was amazing and large portions . I had crispy chicken which was on top of 3 slices of French toast (or you could have pancakes) with mashed avocado and sauces served separately.my daughter had a Spanish dish that was on the special boards and she loved it.
We came away full and pleased with the service and can't wait to return, we bought some cakes to take home which we enjoyed
Thoroughly recommend

Amazing gluten free options! The gluten free brownie had the right texture and flavor! Super friendly staff, plenty of places to sit and a really nice menu! Definitely coming back here!

My favourite place to go for a sweet treat and a coffee. Fabulous selection of cakes and savoury food. Staff are lovely and welcoming. I always leave Vera’s with a smile.

Great atmosphere, good coffees and great bakery! Staff is friendly and helpful.
Definitely recommended!
Menu has variety and nice choice for most both drinks and food.
We had 2 Kinder pancakes, 2 Chocolatines, 2 cappuccinos and one espresso. All nailed! (Circa £30 total)

What a fantastic place. Called in on Sunday afternoon for a hot drink, ordered the patatas bravas, which were superb. Visited for breakfast a couple of days later. My wife had the vegan breakfast, which was a proper full breakfast, not just mushrooms and tomatoes. I had the Big Yin breakfast 😋 (the frijoles, homemade beans and charcoal sourdough) were a surprise and a delight. Staff are super friendly. Definitely returning to Vera's when next in Stirling.

What a discovery!
The food was delicious, especially the desserts. The variety of vegetarian and vegan options was a pleasant surprise, it's nice to finally have a bit of variety in this type of place. Also, the staff was very friendly and willing to provide additional information about the ingredients used. A lovely place with beautiful decor. If you are visiting, you can't miss it! I will definitely be looking forward to going back!

We ordered our wedding cake from Vera Artisan Bakery and it was exceptional. We opted for a naked two tier cake with the addition of macarons and edible flowers. Everyone at the wedding loved the cake and it was devoured. The staff were so friendly when picking the cake up and I couldn't recommend them highly enough if you are looking for somewhere to get an amazing wedding cake for superb value.

The best bakery in town! The stuff is lovely and the products are good quality. I went with a friend and we enjoyed coffee and cinnamon roll, red velvet cookie and almond croissant 😍😍😍. We also bought some bread which was lovely with some cheese. I really recommend the place to have a "coffee break" or to take away.

A fabulous bakery. A wonderful selection of buns, cakes, biscuits, scones, bread and sandwiches. They even do delicious gluten free biscuits, cakes and sandwiches! They put so much effort into making everything - always coming up with new things. Everything looks beautiful, they taste delicious, and you can see the lovely friendly staff and bakers baking and making everything behind the counters. Delicious coffee from a local supplier as well. And often little leaflets and booklets about what’s going on in the Stirling area creatively. Cannot fault them. Once you’ve been to this bakery, you won’t want to go anywhere else. A real treat. And a super selection of scrummy delicious delicacies - in not such delicate sizes! Yum. I loved the blueberries (real & juicy whole blueberries) and cream sponge slice.
A bakery-lover’s dream.

I have passed the bakery on several occasions but usually too late in the day to make the most of a visit.

Today, I seized the opportunity to visit with a friend and all my expectations of the coffee shop were met and in fact went well beyond what I expected.

We were greeted by a super happy and super friendly trio who sat us down and took our order almost immediately. My friend and I shared a single portion of the cinnamon bread which tasted incredible and was warmed to make the eating experience even more pleasurable.

The coffee is strong and is made to perfection. I had two cups and both hit the spot each time.

We had an errand to run so paid up in advance to get our names on a curry pie and a quiche Lorraine. We learnt that these were in fact made in Doune and not in the bakery. The quality however was not lacking! Both were very tasty.

We returned after our errand and decided to eat in once again. There was a rush at lunchtime with most people taking food out. There are only 3 tables to sit in, so I would reccomend avoiding the busy periods.

I look forward to meeting the small team keeping this place running again and for those of you passing by, you will be drawn in by the wonderful smell of fresh baking.

Really good food, amazing selection of cakes & pastries and good coffee. Also lots of space for prams and a small area with some toys for kids, which kept our toddler entertained.

Best bakery in town! Huge variety of cake, some might be a little too sweet but that's obviously perso al preference. Cinnamon rolls are a dream! Cookies or Cheesecakes are heaven! Oh and the bread is perfect! The charcoal sourdough bread is definitly worth trying! (Helps a lot with not missing proper German bread too much) Now they just need to get into pretzels!

Lovely coffee shop with friendly staff. Really good menu selection for Breakfast, Lunch or cakes. Drinks range from green tea, hot chocolate to milkshakes. I had pancakes with bacon and syrup and it was delicious and freshly made. They sell bread too. Out seating when weather is nice.

We went there a week ago with my bf and his mum after our flight and drive from Edinburgh. We were so surprised by how cute this bakery was/is. We had the bacon pancakes, the sourdough bread toasted with egg and avocado, and a spicy salad (I can't remember the real name of it). It was so good! The staff was really pleasant, it was cheap as well. My bf and mother-in-law were not speaking good english but they managed to understood them and to make them feel good about them trying. We really had a great lunch there!
