Well what can I say about the brilliant staff at Hobbs, Cribbs Causeway. From the moment I walked into the shop I was asked if I needed any assistance by a delightful young lady who introduced herself as Rebecca. She could not have been more helpful & charming…nothing was too much trouble running to offer different sizes & colour ways of dresses, jackets & accessories. Thanks to hers & her delightful manager Debbie’s patience & honesty I left with a beautiful outfit fit for the Royal Garden Party! Thank you so much…I will be back! 😁

Now that is what I call SERVICE My wife and I went to Cribbs Causeway for some new clothes for our special holiday. What a fabulous team, especially Jay. She was so lovely and helpful that my wife bought SIX items which we would not have bought if it wasn’t for her help. An asset to the team, Jay deserves a pay rise.

I LOVE Hobbs! I visited the Cribbs causeway branch having not bought workwear since 2020 and the team there were all absolutely fabulous. They didn’t stop finding me options until I was sorted. They went above and beyond for me. The clothes are STUNNING and the women who looked after me couldn’t have done more. Thank you cribbs causeway Hobbs!

Today I was looking for a outfit for a funeral , I was approached and asked if I needed help , by a very helpful assistant called Maria , she went above and beyond going back and forth finding dresses and jackets for me to try .
I will certainly being going back to the shop in the near future !!

Fantastic service from Paula at Bristol Cribbs Causeway - nothing was too much trouble. She made my elderly mother in law feel special and she left with an amazing wedding coat.

A super helpful sales Assistant helped me and my mother pick out a lovely dress for my grandma's 60th wedding anniversary. She loves it.

A very pleasant experience to find a wedding outfit. Debbie came with shoes, hat, bag etc in various colours to see what I liked. A very nice changing area with large mirrors for the family to check what they liked. Came away with a complete outfit. Everything in stock.

Today I was served by Debbie, who went above and beyond for me during my visit. I visited to find a dress for wedding after being unable to find anything online, she showed me multiple dresses and found accessories and shoes to match so that I could see how the dress would look. I found Debbie to be wonderful, helpful and kind too. Debbie is an asset to Hobbs and I look forward to returning and meeting Debbie again.

I was served by Maria at the Cribbs Causeway store and I’m not sure I can ever remember receiving such exceptional customer service in my life.

Having made an initial error myself with a return, Maria made a potentially very bad situation into an exceptionally good one by listening carefully and finding a solution.

The experience summarised the phrase ‘Going the extra mile’ as Maria could not do enough for me to solve the situation.

Maria summarised in the past two days what every customer facing member of staff should be like.

She should in fact become some kind of trainer in Customer experience.

What Maria did today, in terms of over delivering, to further enhance the whole experience will always stick with me.

I purchased a wonderful dress in the sales and accidentally purchased 2 left feet shoes! I flew home the next day and only realised when I unpacked! Hobbs have sent me a right foot shoe and it's arrived today! Thank you for for your great service in-store and after-sales! Caroline Bliss xxx
