Costa Coffee

A huge pat-on-the-back for the friendly, happy, welcoming people behind the counter in Ross Costa. What a change to meet such a lovely team of people. Great coffee too!

Service excellent. A member of staff asked if my dogs would like water. Much appreciated. Covid compliant, so sat outside. Only suggestion would be to consider cover for your guests when it's raining! We got very wet!

Friendly and welcoming staff that are always happy to help.
Great service and good coffee, what more could you want from a coffee shop?
Oh and the cakes are pretty good too.

I spend many days and a lot of time in there and they are all great in there. They would always bend backwards to help anyway and very polite, even when they get abusive and rude customers. They are never rude back. They deal with any situation calmly and make a great drink. Keep it up girls your doing a great job

Love Costa. Their flat whites are the best ever. Tewkesbury staff are always so friendly and very efficient despite being busy. My only complaint is the loyalty scheme. I probably buy 4-6 coffees per week plus the odd cake and/or sandwich and it seems to take forever to earn a free drink!

We popped in for drinks on a recent visit to Tewkesbury, staff were friendly and the interior was very clean and tidy.

Always a pleasant experience. Staff very efficient even at busy times. As people do not tend to spend a lot of time drinking their coffee, keen to get shopping, there is a rapid turnover so seats are always readily available.

Visited with my 10yr old grandson for tea. We both said how much yummier the wraps and toasties were. They have always been good but today they were better. Never had the gingerbread cats ands dogs fingerbobs before, just as yummie and so much fun. Staff were polite, helpful and professional. Thank you. Very clean cafe. Other Costa's across the country need to take a leaf our of Tewkesbury's book. Well done. 👍🏻👍🏻

Nice and peaceful place, great staff interaction with all customers. Clean surroundings,and a very pleasant atmosphere makes a great experience.

Been using the place for the past 3/4 years but sadly I'm now leaving the area on 4th December 2015.

I won't miss tewkesbury but i will miss the lovely friendly Girls that work there.Bye to Frog,Laura,Alice,Ally and not forgetting Sasha ,sorry i don't know all the other girls but they have all been extremely nice and polite.

As a local I use this store a regularly. Elaine and her team are always cheerful and give great service. Some other Costa outlets could learn a lot from them!
