THE WORST TENNIS SITE IN THE WORLD!!!
Ordered 2 custom rackets and was told it takes 6 weeks. The day before the deadline I got an email saying: we're pleased to announce that we're refunding you...
I contacted Wilson and was told that was a mistake from the factory. Reordered 3 rackets this time. After 3 months no-one knew where my rackets were... also ordered some other items and after 2 months still didn't get it!
After endless complaints, finally I was told that the courier left my orders in some place without informing me. No attempt to contact me was made! When I try to get my stuff, it had been returned.
Finally after 4 months got my custom rackets who come with the WRONG COLOUR!!!
Tried to talk with a manager who Hyde behind the desk, the phone assistants have no clue of what was going on and in the end of this nightmare never had an official apology!
Honestly guys, you have no clue how to run a company or how to deal with the public.
How can you represent Wilson???
I will never ever want anything to do with you again! You're the biggest Amateurs in the business!!!
Anyway, it is frustrating to be forced to give you one star, because you deserve none!!!

I received a Wilson tennis skirt via this site (subcontracted ) the Tel no on it is incorrect-Amer sports do not answer their phone as per other reviews- no website for the subcontractor and no means of return . Any info on how you get this company to return goods?

Don't bother trying to return footwear here, you'll need to send them to Germany for around £8 a pair. Appalling customer service, no clue how to run an e-commerce business. Even the customer satisfaction service survey errors out. Avoid avoid avoid.
