First class service

I have been using animed direct for several years now and never had a problem, good prices and first class service, for approx the last year we have purchased our dogs insulin from them, always arrives extremely well packed by refrigerated delivery, and once again very good price.

Very good price for the pet food I ordered and delivery was very quick! I will definitely be using Animed again!

Unfortunately I've had to order pills for my dog. Best friend of close to 15 years now.

However on a brighter note these guys have been great on both orders. My first order I had three different pills I had to send the prescriptions in due to government rules so can't complain on that, the medication arrived on the day they told me it would all well packaged. Also it was so much cheaper

So my second order I just placed this for again another controlled medication. Once again I'll have to send in the prescription, not a problem from my vet I was looking at £64 a month for the pills. From here with express shipping the total was £14.29.

Anytime I've asked a question I get a honest answer with no rubbish, honestly super happy with their work. They're also happy to have a little chat while you place the order everyone is super friendly

The only improvement I'd suggest is advertising. I heard about them via my insurance (Animal Friends), maybe they could team up with some vets as it's not about profit it's about an animals well being and quality of life, a good vet will agree.

I have told all my friends about them who have animals so they too can get great healthcare at an affordable price.

Great value for money - 40% cheaper than my vet.

Supply reliability is good. Whenever there has been a problem with supply it has been where there is zero National supply, ie Animed are not the lone issue.

Logistics and supply are excellent.

Only used customer service once and issue was sorted immediately by a human.

Website feels a bit dated, but is reliable.

Overall - a great supplier and help to me and my pooch.

Couldn't believe how they only have a 2.5 star average... have been ordering every few weeks for my specialist cat food which is impossible to find in any pet store and is significantly cheaper than any other online retailer. Free shipping too and always arrives earlier than their expected dates. Plus with an account just click the reorder button and it's ordered in less time than it took to write this glowing review! Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely love Animed, they provide my insulin and syringes for my dog that is diabetic, they are very kind and explained everything I needed to know, so I didn’t have to worry at all and I don’t. I can’t praise them enough.

I cannot believe all the bad reviews! I had been using Animed for a number of years after for insulin for our lab. When she passed I’d already put an order in for her next medication, Randy and said she’d passed and they cancelled the order, and were very empathetic with us. Cannot fault them in anyway.

Have been ordering from Animed for quite a while now. Ordered Prescription food and laxative for my cat. Never had any problems always been delivered on time. Am given a tracking number. Very pleased with the service

I've used these for many years and always been happy. To be able to get my dog the medication he needs at a fraction of the price of the vets is a huge help. They do have competitors now but I'd say their customer service outshines others. If a product is unavailable do to manufacturing issues they try their upmost to find a replacement to suit.
It's easy to order and upload prescriptions

I've used this company regularly for 3 +years finding dog food and other meds always in stock. Fast delivery, good prices. The most reliable dog food supply company I've found. People leaving bad reviews due to their own credit card issues & DHL delays is just bizarre. The site is fast and easy to navigate and good customer service when I've needed to phone.

Been shopping with Animed Direct since I got my little rescue shih tzu 2 years ago. No complaints with them at all & so far deliveries have been on time. My shih tzu sadly has recently developed PLE (protein losing enteropathy) due to IBD & she's on steroids at the moment. Our vet advised feeding her Royal Canin Gastrointestinal low fat wet & dry food (before diagnosis she was on RC Satiety wet & dry), fingers crossed it helps her condition. My cat is on Royal Canin Hairball Care dry food as he was being sick with a fur ball several times a month & this food has stopped it brilliantly! Just wish Royal Canin food wasn't so expensive but if you have pets you have to be prepared to treat them well & keep them healthy.

Amazing customer service! I had ordered some medicines for my dog and when it arrived only half my order was in the parcel. The receipt in the parcel stated all medicines should be there. I phoned customer service and explained and they said the rest of my order would be shipped ASAP. A few days later the rest arrived. Even though there was initially issues with not receiving everything customer service sorted it out quickly and effectively. Thank you Animed Direct!

Due to the shortage of Metacam in the UK, this is the first time I have used Animed Direct. I had placed my order in good time, and unfortunately there was some issues with the prescription, but this was my vets fault entirely. I felt as though Animed Direct went above and beyond for my dog Audrey, and Charlie made me feel as though she had a genuine care and concern for my dog. Once the issue was resolved with my vet, less than 24 hours later, I had the medicine at my home. I would definitely use this service again, and once again, I pass on my thanks to Charlie.

This is the third oder I have placed and received promptly and without any hassle. Yes there has been issues but that put a 1 day delay on a delivery to the Scottish Highlands. If you are using this firm understand they are vastly cheaper than a vet but medication for animals can be abused by humans. They need to follow proper procedures.

Excellent and very accommodating when I made a mistake with my order. I phoned and was able to speak to a person. He quickly sorted things out. This is a good company to deal with. Quick delivery. The cheapest place to buy our cat's special diet food and very good at what they do.

Honestly can’t praise the Animed team enough.
I had a problem with a prescription which was nothing to do with Animed directly and the customer service lady’s (sorry I can’t remember there names) and the prescription team helped me get it all sorted and arranged the refund quickly and did the new order for my dog. I really do appreciate this as nowadays customer service is hard to find but all your team helped me massively and I really do appreciate it. Many thanks. Jamie Noddle.
