Pharmacist is fab! Called in a few times and been seen straight away with things I would have normally made an appointment to see the GP for (earache for my son). Super quick appointment. Pharmacist is very thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Definitely my first port of call before trying to make a GP appointment

I have found the Healthera app really useful. I found out about it through my local pharmacy and signed up. It much easier to use rather than logging in to the GP site to reorder.

Another big plus is you can set a scheduled order for items you regularly receive, and you’ll get an email to remind you to approve the order and once you approve it, it gets sent without you having to pick what you want.

So pleased that I decided to opt to have my prescription delivered.
It takes the stress out of having to go and wait in a queue. Being disabled it isn't always possible to get out especially if I'm having a bad day with pain.

What a great service you provide. I have walking difficulties at the moment and this service helps me tremendously as I'm not out very often and it can be quite stressful trying to find ways or having to find someone to pick it up for me, so this service takes a bit of stress away from having that problem plus they keep you updated on when it's submitted to doctors right through to when it's ready to go out for delivery. So thank you 😊

We have been going to Eastons Pharmacy for some years now for medicines, and flu jabs. Very happy with the service and the staff are always helpful, polite and very friendly which gives that personal touch would very upset to leave the area. Well done to all the staff.

I have been using this app for at least three years and have never once had a problem. Communication is always good and I get my prescriptions really quick.

I found the app really useful just a few clicks away from ordering your prescription and many other functions as well, I left a message which was quickly acknowledged thanks again jeff.

fantastic service reminders are sent to me when my meds need to be reordered, always delivered on time if there is any problems i get a call from the pharmacy highly recommend this service as my meds get posted through my letterbox

My local pharmacy has a very excellent service. Opening times are super helpful especially if you work shift patterns. Staff there are helpful, respectful and professional. Been with this pharmacy for years and the service has not declined.

Healthera is an excellent system and at local level, is very well administered by Newport Pharmacy who are friendly, helpful and efficient. We are extremely lucky to have such a good local pharmacy.

My local pharmacy is exactly that Local.
All the staff are so very helpful if I run out of a medication they do their best to loan me some until my prescription is ready so I don't miss out on important ones, it has lots of products other than medication too. There is advice leaflets and the staff also help with advice when needed can't thank them enough.

This is a brilliant service I have never had any issues with getting my prescriptions when I need them. My GP practice is poor at dealing with things but my pharmacist and Healthera keep them on their toes.

Very easy to order your medication and very quick authorisation. Also receiving a text that the order is available for you to pick up. A seamless service.

Love the app. So easy to use. Get notifications when prescription is ready to be picked up.
