Walked into the store today for advice on how to manage my account due to me being made homeless. The gentleman and the lady guided me on how to approach customer services for the best outcome and they were right. Thank you for being so understanding with my situation and generally Three as an operator have always been fantastic with me.

There was an issue topping up my phone with credit, and one of the assistants George, went beyond the call of duty to help and in the end, with great patience and tenacity sorted out the issue.

I was there about 30 minutes, and it seemed that all the team were efficient and effective and come with IQ's, smiles and professionalism.

Michal was very friendly and professional, by going into detail about certain deals and advantages.

My boyfriend and I went Tuesday, October 22, 2019 to buy a OnePlus 7T Pro ans it wasn't in stock at the time. (Around 10:20a.m) so the sales rep said he would see when they would get one in and then contact us to come back to the store to purchase it. The next morning (less than 24hrs later) we got a call back informing us that the manager had personally ordered in a OnePlus 7+ Pro for us abs it had arrived and was ready to be purchased so we went and got it! Our sales Representative Nathaniel was wonderful! Highly intelligent in what he was doing and he set our account up all in a matter of 30 minutes!! A day before that I had purchased a new phone at the 3 location in newmarket and it took forever with the sales representative Airida. Not only did it take forever bit the experience wasn't as pleasant like it was at the 3 location here. She kept talking over us and telling us they couldn't do certain things even though the manager said they could. Don't get me wrong the manager was great just not the sales rep at the 3 in newmarket.

I had an online chat with Abigail from this store on 4th October 2020. I was looking to upgrade 2 accounts. She was very patient and apologised if she kept waiting and also informed me what she was doing. It took about an hour as one of the accounts had be done via customer services . She explained all my questions and any concerns I had. As I explained previously I had issues with customer services and she even apologised on their behalf , which she did not need to do. I have spoken to Abigail’s assistant manager today who has advised me , this young lady has only just started with them and is 17years old and still in training. 3 should employ more people like Abigail . She was very professional all the time . I am in Bolton in greater Manchester . Well done Abigail, I hope you receive the recognition you deserve. Keep up the good work . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way .
