The Waterfront Inn

Visited here 3 times on our holiday, the food was lovely and portions were big too.

Service was great too, and loved the option of sitting indoors (even with a dog and children) or outdoors too. The outdoor areas is also undercover which is great for sunny or cold days as it keeps the sun and wind off you.

Would visit again if I was passing or in the area again.

Lovely venue for a bite to eat and drink. Staff welcoming, pleasant and amicable, reasonable value for money and good atmosphere. Will definitely return. Thursday night carvery excellent value!
Returned here on a Friday and they were doing a very reasonable all you can eat curry night.

Excellent location for a short stay - everything you need on site, helpful friendly staff and clean room. Nice bar and excellent breakfast!

Stopped for lunch. Had the chilli beef natchos. More than I expected on the plate and with a selection of dips. Really enjoyed it. Won't be needing dinner tonight!!

Great location, great to hide from the storm or catch some rays. Plenty of seats both inside and outside, dog friendly and right next to the beach.

I was walking the southwest coastal path and accommodated here as it is in an ideal spot.
The rooms are impeccably clear!!! Bright,airy and lovely decor! The cleaners do more than their job title, they make you feel welcome and comfortable!
Breakfast was 10/10. The service was spot on & a very knowledgeable lady spoke to us about walking, she was lovely!

Been here a few times now for a meal. Price is decent and right for the area its in wspas its a tourist area. Always have a lovely meal. Nice park and seating outside where you can also enjoy your meal and drinks. A small carpark at the side of it, but it does tend to fill up extremely quick. Central to all Westward Ho! attractions. Dog friendly which is fantastic for us and family friendly to you.

Made a visit on rhe windiest day of December - walked into the Waterfront Inn and was greeted by a warm lovely bar and a warm welcome from the staff. Recommend a visit

We visited for a carvery on a Thursday. Quick service and very impressed with the food. Dog friendly too. My only complaint is we wish we could have booked as we were a group of 10 with 2 dogs so if we couldn't get a table we would have been stuck. Luckily we managed to get a space in the dog friendly area.

Great family pub and decent food and drink selection

I didn't have a room, just popped in for lunch. As a disabled customer l was very pleased with the help received today, l couldn't walk to the bar today so the young lady brought me a menu and took my card for me. She made my experience very pleasant. I shall return thankyou so much X

We didn't stay in the Inn, but we had a wonderful experience with their breakfast menu. Amazing place with a very good menu, very tasty food. It is highly recommended to visit.

Four adults, two kids and our dog popped in for lunch after a walk on the beach. It was busy inside and there were a few tables to choose from. We ordered drinks from a great selection and then ordered food. Ample choice on the menu and didn't have to wait long for service which was spot on and polite. Food was delicious, no complaints from any of us. Another round of drinks and we were done. Staff were friendly and polite and we had a perfect experience.

Stopped off at the Waterfront inn for a Sunday roast from the carvery. Very impressed - food was great and at a very reasonable price with great service and also dog friendly ! Everything we wanted. Well done to all the staff.

We had 2 nights here whilst doing the south west coastal path walk. The hotel position is very close to the beach and has very good parking. Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff in the bar and restaurant were very helpful and polite. Especially the girl that did the breakfast service in the mornings. Would definitely stay again. Only 1 downside the bar closed at 10.15 whilst we were still sitting in it.

2 day stay to this lovely part of the country as a base to explore the coastal paths&surrounding woodland& area of national beauty.
We stayed in the Lundy room,relaxing comfortable& clean.Everything provided that we required,extra tea/coffee/milk provided as requested.Basic toiletries,excellent towels& bed linen. Wonderful food at breakfast,great choice& dietary requirements catered for,freshly prepared & served by friendly, welcoming staff.We also enjoyed the Thursday evening cavery,great food& choice.Thoroughly recommend as a base for enjoying this beautiful area.

Lovely place to have food and drink,staff are friendly.

Popped in for the midweek carvery a few week back with the wife and our dog and been back every week since. The food is excellent both lunchtime and in the evening. The meat melts in your mouth with a varied selection of tender veg. All the staff are so friendly and attentive to Alfie (our dog) who really appreciates his Doggy bag and now tries to drag us in everytime we walk past.

We enjoyed a fabulous carvery. Everything was so flavoursome, carefully prepared and presented. Friendly staff, and a variety of entertainment spaces for children indoors and outdoors. The picnic tables near the children's outdoor play have QR codes on each table for easy food ordering to the table.
The indoor tables cater for 2-6 people, so helpful for families.
