Fromus Veterinary Group - Saxmundham

Really impressed by Fromus Vets in Saxmundham. During our holiday in Southwold, our 14-month old Working Cocker Spaniel decided it would be an awesome idea to eat a pair of socks. A slightly panicked call and within 40 minutes Penny was being checked out and treated accordingly with 3 socks emerging. Throughout, the staff were superb, particularly Sue for taking our call and the brilliant Veterinary Nurse who explained the treatment and looked after Penny. Thanks to the team, you have a wonderful practice.

Have taken our pets her for several years.Started going when our dog Rufus was treated towards the end of his life.Now take our 3 cats Bella,Socks and Tigs.Always been treated with kindness and high standards.

Lovely team, Imogen was friendly and knowledgeable, reception staff lovely and lively.

We belong to the veterinary group and the main branch we use is Eagle vets in Halesworth. But they are all equally fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No issues with parking, Staff were very nice. My dog went in for a heart scan and the vet spent a long time explaining what was going on and what to do next. Still using covid measures on entry but masks etc.. are not required inside.

Super service and friendly staff who are genuinely interested in every individual pet. At time of writing they operate a one-way system and meet you at the door. Works brilliantly.No question too small or silly, and offer great free advice with fair prices for treatments. Decent sized car park at the front. Opposite Saxmundham library.

Extremely knowledgeable, supportive and empathetic vets and staff. They looked after my Westie for 3 years since we moved to the area until she sadly passed away from a long illness and old age. I couldn't have asked for a better vets practice to help me and my wife through a very difficult time

Professional and extremely friendly vets. They absolutely love the animals in their care, we feel that our dog is in the safest hands possible. Nothing is too much trouble and they give such great advice and information. Highly recommend.

Visited this Vets for the first time with our cat, They were so helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, our cat had a mishap on the way, and they cleaned him up for us. They are now our regular vets for our 3 beloved pets.

Our cat had been attacked by another cat over territory and had a lot of bites.. The vet was very knowledgeable and made us feel reassured.. Well done

We're visiting the area on holiday, but they had no problem booking is in. We got an appointment quickly and everyone was very friendly. Our dog is very nervous in vets post covid procedures - it really helped that it was down a quiet road and one of us could go in to the treatment room with her 🙂

Absolutely brilliant with our recently acquired VERY nervous dog. They took the time over several visits just to get her used to them before any treatment. She particularly likes the duck dog treats they give her!

On holiday and my dog needed urgent attention. I was able to book an appointment the same day (a Saturday) and was impressed by the sympathetic receptionist and medical care provided by the vet. George the dachshund says thankyou!

I rescued a wounded bat on the 3 August 2017 the vets were wonderful. Their concern for the little creatures welfare was amazing as was the customer care. The vet took the time and trouble to phone and let me know that they had to put the bat down this went beyond the call of duty. thank you so much for your help. My 7 month puppy fell ill on the day I was flying out to Canada for two weeks. My niece who was dog sitting for me at the time got great support through his illness. The practice kept me informed on his progress which really helped to set my mind at rest. They were also very efficient on processing the insurance paperwork on my return.

Was on holiday in the area and had to take our dog in as an emergency. Lovely helpful staff and liaison between them and our own vets ensured continuity of care.

Very nice people that make you feel very comfortable and welcome, I struggle with my anxiety and at the best of times with new people, however even without being aware of that, they are a very friendly bunch so I didn't feel as much anxiety as usual and they provide very excellent care for your pets.
